A. Introduction
This unit is designed to equip the learner with the required knowledge, skills and attitude in diagnosing faults of computer systems and
networks. This covered the planning and preparing the right tools used and the guidelines in testing. This will help as a guide for proper
handling of the diagnostic tools, computer components, and the awareness in the environment.
