    AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

    I, MARLYN L. RUNAS, of legal age, Filipino, single, and presently


    residing at Purok Ilang-Ilang, Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay,
    Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
    depose and state:

    1. That I am the holder of a Philippine Passport issued by the


    Department of Foreign Affairs, bearing Passport No. EC5589549.

    2. That I am an Overseas Filipino Worker and recently, worked at


    Abu Dhabi, UAE.

    3. That while I was in Abu Dhabi sometime in year 2015, regardless


    of my contract as a house maid, I also involved in part time jobs.
    4. Basically, I used to commute from the house of my employer to
    where my part time jobs located.

    5. Every time I was out at Abu Dhabi, I always brought my said


    passport, until such time I noticed that same was nowhere to be found.
    Despite diligent search and effort were exerted to locate the said passport,
    the same could no longer be found.

    6. After such event, I surrendered to the Philippine Embassy and


    reported the foregoing facts and after findings that my contract visa was
    already expired the same office had cause my travel documents to get me
    home, here in the Philippines.

    7.That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and the


    veracity of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purposes that this
    may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
