Implementation. Preparing the list of deliverable and submission of plan as per contractual

Accountabilities
Preparing documentation for welding inspection,
Review of suitable WPS, PQR, for various materials that are desired to welded in the process of
construction and tracking the same for its approval by the Clients as per ASME Sec IX
Weld joint Inspections including fit up, visual inspection for Structural and piping system.
Conducting and witnessing of Heat Treatment, Hydro and Pneumatic testing as per requirements,
Witnessing Hardness test and Mechanical Testing (tensile, bend, impact etc.)
Monitoring welding processes with pre and post-weld heat treatment process if any requirement as
per code and drawings
Handling repairs, which are identified from the radiographic, ultrasonic, liquid penetration, magnetic
particle testing
Monitoring the overall Welder activities to ensure the usage of correct welding parameters to avoid
