Terms and Conditions

1. All cheques/Drafts will be made in favour of INVESCO REALTY payable in Delhi/ NCR
only.
2. Purchaser can also transfer amount through IMPS/NEFT/RTGS to our below a/c details:

3. Registration/Stamp Duty and other legal expenses would be charged extra at the time of
execution of Sale Deed based on current prevailing rates of Uttar Pradesh Govt.
4. The Company shall charge interest @ 18% p.a. for delay in payment beyond the
stipulated date on the outstanding amount for the period of default.
5. Advance payment and the monthly instalment must be paid as per the rules of the
Company.
6. Irregularity in releasing payments of 3 consecutive month’s instalments will lead to
cancellation of the booking without any intimation to the purchaser. 25% of the total
amount received till date will be deducted, remaining 75% will be refunded by Cheque
after 120 days.
7. No complaints will be entertained in respect of the plot(s) cancelled due to payment
defaulting.
8. The company reserves the right to allot the plot(s) cancelled (due to defaulting) to any
other prospective purchaser(s).
9. The purchaser should obtain the valid receipt from the office against the payment made.
10. In the event of payment Cheque cancellation / bouncing / non-credit for any reason, a
minimum charge of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) will be levied to / borne by
the purchaser. The charges will be debited / deducted from the customer’s a/c.
11. The Company reserves all rights to cancel the Booking/Agreement of Sale and /or other
relevant matters.
12. Plot(s) can be purchased in joint names; however, the correspondence will be carried
out in any one of the purchasers’ name. The purchaser(s) can appoint nominee(s) on
his/her behalf.
13. In case of dispute, the decision of the Company shall supersede and subject to Noida
jurisdiction only.
