POSITIVE : RNA speci c to SARS-CoV-2 Detected
NEGATIVE : RNA speci c to SARS-CoV-2 not Detected
NOTE:
1) Sample has been processed at ICMR approved laboratory, Krsnaa Diagnos cs Pvt. Ltd. located at Visa no. 3, Survey no. 29, Near Yogidham
School Gauripada, Kalyan (W), Thane district, Maharashtra. The ICMR registra on code for the lab for COVID 19 tes ng is KRDPLKMH
2) Nega ve result does not rule out the possibility of COVID-19 infec on. Presence of inhibitors, muta ons and insu cient RNA speci c to
SARS-CoV-2 can in uence the test result. Kindly correlated the results with clinical ndings. A nega ve result in a single upper respiratory
tract sample does not rule out SARS-CoV-2 infec on. Hence in such cases a repeat sample should be sent. Lower respiratory tract samples
like Sputum, BAL, ET aspirate are appropriate samples especially in severe and progressive lung disease.
3) COVID-19 Test is conducted as per kits approved by ICMR / CE-IVD / USFDA, an in-vitro qualita ve PCR for the single or mul ple detec on
