    Good afternoon and a hearty welcome to all dear parents who have spared their precious time amidst their
    busy schedules to attend this parent-teacher meeting. It is our pleasure to have you here, for this
    interactive session. We have amidst us the guests for the day: Dr. AP Bhat, Honorary administrative officer
    USAMEC, Udupi, and CA T. Prashanth Holla, treasurer of the PPUC managing committee. I request our
    principal Smt. Pratima Baliga to escort the esteemed guests of this noon to the dais as we all welcome
    them with a shower of applause.
    The power of prayer is an inevitable force that has led to all good works flourishing, since the creation of
    life; and to express the same force repeatedly is what the soul thirsts for. Here comes Sinchana and team
    from 2nd Commerce A to invoke god’s grace on us as well as this occasion through a short prayer. Let us
    arise and bow our hearts and minds to the Almighty.
    Thank you Sinchana for seeking god’s grace on the occasion.
    Athithi Devo Bhava is a line embedded into the heart of Indian culture, whose sustenance relies upon the
    hands of every citizen. To follow this tradition, I call upon Praveen Sir, Head of Physics Department to
    welcome all our guests to this gathering through her words.
    Thank you, dear sir, and a hearty welcome to you too.
    As a gesture of hospitality, we would like to florally welcome the dignitaries. I request Gururaj Sir, Head of
    the chemistry department to formally welcome the guests with flowers.
    Thank you so much sir.
    Now is the time for today’s chief guest, Dr. AP Bhat to render his message to the gathering. I hereby ask him
    to take over the microphone and nourish us with his thoughts.
    Thank you so much sir for enlightening us with your words on (any 2 points of the speech). It was indeed a
    fruitful session.
    We have amidst us, today’s guest of honor CA T. Prashanth Holla, treasurer of ppuc managing committee; I
    request him to deliver his message on this occasion.
    Thank you, dear sir. it is our honor and pleasure to have you here and with us, in all the activities we
    undertake.
    Today’s presidential position is graced by our beloved principal Smt. Pratima Baliga, who is the backbone of
    PPC and all its fame. I request you to address this gathering, dear ma’am.
    Thank you so much, ma’am for the words of wisdom.
    Gratitude is such a simple task, but has the role of pickle in lunch; without which everything seems pale.
    Hereby I call upon Geeta ma’am, Head of the biology department to enhance the essence of today and to
    appreciate everyone’s efforts.
    A big thank you to you too, Ma’am.
    Refreshments will be served at the exits of the auditorium. I request all parents and students to receive the
    same and proceed to the respective classes of their ward to review the progress report.
