Write an essay on your personal observation on children (1 example) and

adolescent (1 example) having a physical or motor disability. Indicate their

situation (the name of their disability), their limitations and how they do
“normal” things despite their disabilities, and lastly your personal
observation and reflections. Be careful not to disclose their personal
identity (name or personal information) but make sure they are real people
and you are not only making it up.

It has been observed that these individuals are not treated equally and that
their limitations prevent them from leading a regular life. Others feel
energized and challenged. Some wish they could change how they live. No of
how these people's limitations make them feel, they should all be treated
equally to healthy people. I knew someone who had a limb impairment; he
was in a motorcycle accident when he was 12 years old, and the bones in his
legs were severely fractured, ending to cut the rest of the legs. Also a young
girl, she's 6 years old, I'm not sure what her condition is, but I suspect she
has spastic diplegia/diparesis, a type of cerebral palsy characterized by muscle
rigidity primarily in the legs, with the arms being less affected or unaffected.
I'm not sure what type of disability she has.

The boy had already adjusted to his situation, and he was able to go about
his daily activities as normally as possible. He can walk but not run, and he
uses crutches all of the time, indicating that he has a leg disability. The
young girl is still living with her parents, who are supporting her. I've just
seen her in her parents' Facebook stories, and she's doing well. She can't
walk, barely talk, and she can't walk.

For me, I have no idea how they feel when they are the center of attention;
it's something that no one can avoid; being stared at, having ideas about
them; and it's sad to think that they can only defend themselves by keeping
their heads down. I understand how difficult it is for both the child and the
parents to go through such a difficult time in life, but you can never go back
in time; what you have served is what you will receive. As someone who
knows about this type of issue, you have the advantage of not only being
able to give ideas about what they can and cannot do, but also how we
should treat them as normal as possible.
Why is it important for a teacher to be aware of the various development
processes the children undergo in terms of:
a. Physical and motor development
b. Brain development
c. Exceptional development?

Knowing and being aware of differences in development among students is a great way of
knowing what should be done for the students because it can help determine the students'
weaknesses, allowing us to find other types of processes or ways to know what to filter when
trying to figure out what the child or learner is capable of. Teachers can correctly diagnose and
provide support for difficulties if they are aware of the various developmental processes.

What is the most appropriate methodology to be used by the teacher in

teaching exceptional children?

For example, if a student has a hearing problem, the teacher should consider allowing them to
use recorders, and if a student has a vision impairment, it is best to place them close to the
speakers. They learn best when they're at ease, so they should be permitted to participate in as
many activities as possible. Because the teacher will be able to give them clear instructions
and set projects that are appropriate for them. Despite how tough it may be, a teacher should
recognize the impact they can have on a student's life. That is why, in my opinion, the best
way to teach outstanding children is to first learn about their abilities or how they learn best.

Why is passion the most important thing that a teacher needs to possess
in teaching?
It's a difficult job to be a teacher. Although you want everyone to learn, not everyone is
interested in learning. But it's not just about teaching. To be able to appreciate each day, one
must have passion in life. It was pretty normal to see someone arrive with a slew of new
ideas, swirl around like a whirlwind for a bit, then either get stressed out or go, leaving us to
pick up the pieces. It's also difficult for students to have a teacher who isn't passionate about
the job; it will affect not only how he teaches the job, but also how the students understand
what the lesson is all about. As a teacher, it is your job to give everything for the students to
learn; if you're not passionate about it, don't become a teacher.
