2. Recommendation was based on the lead time and the capacity of the units even though proposal were higher
againts AMC proposal.

50% Downpayment upon issuance of NTP/LOA
25% Presentation of packing list or documents
25% Upon Delivery

B. Local Engineering Works

30% Downpayment upon issuance of NTP/LOA
70% Progress billing less 10% retention and pro-rated downpayment

C. Conditions of Pricing:
The above prices are valid for 30 days only. Should this proposal not be accepted within 30 days, prices
1.) will be subject to re-estimate.
2.) The above prices are conditional upon equipment being delivered to the site 10 to 12 weeks after receipt
3.) Equipment has a 1 Year warranty for parts / servives
4.) P.O/NTP and Payment to be issued in favor of AMC INDUSTRIES INC.
