Dear Rapid Response Tealn:

This letter is being issued in accordance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining
Notification (WARN) Act, to notify you that Stewat-Haas Racing is permanently closing
and laying off employees located at 6001 IIaas Way Karmapolis, NC 28081 effective
December 31, 2024. This will result in the layoff of up to 323 employees.

Steward-Haas Racing is not part of a union.

Stewart-Hans Racing currently has two owners, and one owner will be purchasing the
partnership interest of the other owner. The legal entity will remain (same TIN) going
forward with only the one owner and will be renamed. Staffing will be reduced to
approximately 90-loo employees. Some current employees may remain with the newly
named conxpany.

AIl affected employees have been notified, as of May 28, 2024, and layoffi will begin
November 11, 2024.

Bumping rights do not exist. Stewart-Haas Racing employees have attended infinational
meetings regarding closure, severance, benefits, and release agreements. Further meetings
are currently scheduled to assist employees.
