Squarock Commander Series audio interface is the professional audio equipment. It will help you maximize your podcasting/
live streaming/ audio recording skills and allow you to create content with ease, you can also enjoy your immersive creation.
The audio interface for podcasts has two XLR microphone ports for 48V condenser mics and two 3.5mm microphone ports
for 5V condenser mics and dynamic mics. Using the MIC SETTING switch, you can change the mode type to condenser or
dynamic microphone. It supports wireless input (Bluetooth) and music port wired music input, ensuring your stable and
diverse output.

1.TRE, MID, BASS: Adjust the tone of your voice which recorded from microphones.
2.PITCH: Adjust the pitch of tuner.
3.MUSIC: Adjust the input volume of accompanying music.
4.MONITOR: Adjust the output volume of earphone/headset/speaker ports.
5.REVERB: Reverb is an audio tuning parameter which similar to echo. This knob is for adjusting the reverb parameter.
The levels will be shown on screen as the middle trapezoid.
6.OUTPUT: Adjust the total audio output volume. It controls the output volume of phone/PC ports.
7. / / / / / / : It includes 7 tuning preset modes. Man, woman, kid, robot, host, sing and OST. The first three buttons
include 2 modes for each button. Click the button to switch the mode. OST is original sound mode. The modes will be shown on
screen at left and right sides.

8.COMMANDER: This is a function button to help you quickly start using the device or save Settings. For detailed usage, please
refer to “Unique Function Introduction” on page 16.

9. : Used in online online games. Turning on game mode can prevent the delay of your own voice from affecting the game
experience.
Game mode off:
User talk while playing. Teammates/spectators can hear the user, and user can hear themselves, as well as their teammates/spectators.

Game mode use:
Connect the PC/OTG(USB - C) or PHONE 1,2 jacks on the left. MIC L can use game mode.
The MIC R can be used in game mode when connecting the right PC/OTG(USB - C) jack.

10.MUTE: When it on, you can make all sound keep silence.
11.DNR: Dynamic noise reduction to reduce background noise.
12.AUTO TUNE: It includes 12 preset auto tune modes. Click the button to switch them. You will see the mode status on the bottom
line of the screen.
13.MUSIC ONLY: Remove/lower the singer`s voice from a song. Only support process the music which input from
Bluetooth or MUSIC port.
14.LOOP BACK: Mostly used for live streaming on computer. When it on, the audience can not hear the sound from your computer,
The audience will only hear the sound from your sound board.
15.SIDE CHAIN: When it on, the system will lower the volume of music, to make your voice stand out. Only support process the music
which input from Bluetooth or MUSIC port.
16. : Connect to monitor earphones. The levels will be shown on the display screen.

18.MIC L: Slider to control the gain of MIC L1 and MIC L2. The levels will be shown on screen.

22.+48V: Turn on/off built-in 48V phantom power supply. When you turn on +48V button, you can use MIC L1 and MIC R1.
The status will be shown on screen.

sound effect. They are built-in and cannot be changed.

25.DIY SFX: 8 customizable sound effect buttons. Each button coming with one original sound effect. Click button to play
the sound effect.For detailed usage, please refer to “Unique Function Introduction” on page 16.

26. / / / / : When the port is connected successfully, the icon will be light on(Orange light on Bluetooth connection,
red light on others). When the port is poor connected or non-connected, the icon will be light off. This refers to Bluetooth,charging,
instrument, USB and phone connection respectively.

Working principle:
When you connect the charger, instrument or phone to the sound board, the system will send out an electronic signal for detection.
So, the detection is for the plug which is plugged in to sound board, not for detecting disconnected plugs. For the PC port, the sound
board will communicate with your computer digitally to detect the communication path. So, although the port is connected to your computer,
the icon will light off if the sound board cannot communicate with your computer. When the icon is light is off, that indicates the sound
board cannot send/receive a digital audio signal to your computer. Please check the cable or contact our service team.

27.MIC R1: Connect to 48V condenser microphone. When you use it, you need to turn on +48V button. For condenser mic only,
not support dynamic microphone. The gain is controlled by MIC R slider.
28. : DC 5V, 1A. Connect to computer, power bank or charge adapter for charging. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge.
It include overcharge protection mechanism.
29.MIC R2: Connect to condenser microphone or dynamic microphone. Need to set MIC SETTING slider to the corresponding
position. The gain is controlled by MIC R slider.
30.PHONE 1: It is a TRRS port. Connect to smartphone, tablet or other device which support input&output analog audio signal.
31.PHONE 2: Operates the same as PHONE 1.
32.MIC SETTING: Changes the working type of MIC L2 and MIC R2. When the input does not correspond with microphone type,
MIC L2 and MIC R2 will not work.
33. : Long press to turn on/off sound board power.

34. : There are 4 levels of the display lights. In level 1, the screen and button backlights are brightest. In level 2, the button
backlights and screen are at medium level. In level 3, the screen and button backlights are at the lowest level of brightness.
In level 4, the button backlights are off, and the screen backlight at the lowest level of brightness. The system default is level 1.
You can see all of the indication icons changing on the LED screen. At level 1-3, the 3 small bubble icons will be light on 3-1.
At level 4, small bubble icons will light off all, the above right corn large bubble icon will light off also.
35.INSTRUMENT: Connect to electric instrument, e.g. e-guitar, e-bass, keyboard. The volume is controlled by INST slider.
36.SPEAKER: Connect to monitor loudspeaker. The volume is controlled by MONITOR knob.
37.MUSIC: Connect to phone/tablet to input music to sound board. The volume is controlled by MUSIC knob.
38.MIC L2: Connect to condenser microphone or dynamic microphone. Need to set MIC SETTING slider to the corresponding
position. The gain is controlled by MIC L slider.
39. : It is the only digital audio input&output port of the sound board. Connect to personal computer or other devices which
support USB digital audio input&output. It is match with mainstream operating systems, e.g. Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS...
Because the digital audio signal running is relate to the terminal device operation system, we can not guarantee that
it will match all operating systems.
40.MIC L1: Connect to 48V condenser microphone. When you use it, you need to turn on +48V button. For condenser mic only,
not support dynamic microphone. The gain is controlled by MIC L slider.

This podcast equipment supports live broadcasts on two different platforms and supports multiple microphones input into the podcast
at the same time. In practical applications, it can increase or decrease the connection of live broadcasts on mobile phones according
to your needs.

If your phone/tablet does not have a 3.5mm audio jack, you need an adapter. Please get the adapter from the smartphone

4.Computer live & recording，smartphone accompaniment
To live broadcast on a computer/laptop,you need to connect the PC port of the sound console through the USB-C charge cable.
When the phone is connected wireless or connect in cable,accompanying music can be played.

 Refer to the above diagram for connecting the microphone/headphones, phone and computer correctly.
Use with USB - C cable to connect the computer and podcast, the computer will automatically recognize the connection.
On the computer in “Sound Settings”, the microphone & speaker option should be set to "Squarock M1" as the default
device and adjust the volume.
Open live/recording software on the computer, the software Settings again confirm whether "Squarock M1" is the default playback
of audio equipment.
The podcast can be connected to two computers at the same time, and these two ports can be used as data transmission.

5.Charging
An on-screen battery indicator lights up while charging and it including overcharge protection mechanism.
The podcast can also be charged while off.
The charging port only supports charging and does not have the function of data transmission.

6.Wireless connection

After opening the podcast, click the Bluetooth button. The podcast Bluetooth is recognized.
Search for the device in the phone Bluetooth menu, find "Squarock M1" and click the link.
When the connection is successful, the Bluetooth light on the screen lights up.

Note:
To avoid affecting the transmission, do not place the mobile phone far away after Bluetooth is connected.
If “Squarock M1” cannot be found in the mobile phone Bluetooth menu, restart the mobile phone Bluetooth and try again.

1.Before connecting the microphone, you need to set the MIC SETTING to the corresponding type of microphone you are connecting.
2.If you are using a 48V microphone, you need to click the +48V button to light it up. When you turn on +48V button,
you can use MIC L1 and MIC R1. The status will be shown on screen.
3.When you connect to podcasts using your computer, select Mic and Playback devices to "Squarock M1" in your computer Settings.

VII.Unique Function Introduction(Commander,DIY SFX,MIC SETTING,Screen UI)

1.COMMANDER
The commander button will save your desired settings. It helps the user quickly set and save the knobs status and functions status.
Mostly used for broadcast/live during an emergency if you need to revert to your favored settings. (If you still have questions about
the use of the commander button, I suggest watching the YouTube video on our website. This button is our first bold step on the
road to innovation, and it will help you be more productive. But if you don't use it, it won't affect the other features of the product.)

When the sound board out from factory, we've put in a default setting. When you turn on COMMANDER button, the check mark
icon (on screen) will light on, all of the knobs and functional buttons will become the default setting. And the physical status of knobs
will not same as the electronic status. Even so, you can adjust every knobs to make them different from presetting, you just changed
the knobs` status, not change the the presetting. COMMANDER will keep other knobs/buttons` status. When COMMANDER button
is off, COMMANDER will release controls of all knobs/buttons, and the knobs/buttons` electronic parameters will become the same
as the status of physical status.
How to reset COMMANDER button?
When you long press COMMANDER button for about 3 seconds, after the gear icon blinks twice (on the screen), the system
will reset COMMANDER to a new desired setting. There is no need to remove the previous setting, it will automatically replace
the previous setting. The new setting will be the status of all knobs/buttons when pressing the commander button.

2.DIY SFX
How to customize DIY SFX?
① Remove: Quickly double click button to remove the original sound effect.
② Check: Click the button, when you hear a sound of Bi. That indicate the sound effect was removed.

③ Record: Keep pressing the button, when it blinking you can start record the new sound effect. Release the button to auto save
the audio. It will record the all of the sound tracks which were input to the sound board. Each button can hold about 100 seconds
audio, and the audio will be saved as 48KHz sampling rate.
④ Modify: If you are not satisfied with the audio, you can repeat the above steps to record it again.

Customize button labels usage

Each product is equipped with 16 transparent labels in the package.
on 2 sheets you can record the audio name you input on the labels
and paste it on the buttons for note down recorded content.（Labels
are configured for both M1 and M100)

3.MIC SETTING
Change the working type of MIC L2 and MIC R2, which correspond to Condenser mic and dynamic mic.
If the type of microphone you access does not correspond to the slider setting,MIC L2 and MIC R2 will not work.

4.Screen UI
The screen displays Bluetooth, charging, instrument, USB and phone connection status, timbre switching, +48V and light switching
status, as well as the use status of headphones, different microphones, instruments and speakers, accompaniment, reverb,
COMMANDER and 12 tuning modes.

:Light on indicates COMMANDER button saved the setting. Blinking indicates COMMANDER button is saving the setting.
:light on indicates COMMANDER function is on. light off indicates COMMANDER function is standby.

5.Game mode use:

Connect the PC/OTG(USB - C) or PHONE 1,2 jacks on the left. MIC L can use game mode.
The MIC R can be used in game mode when connecting the right PC/OTG(USB - C) jack.

VIII.Problems You May Encounter and Troubleshooting

1.Podcast fails to start
Please connect to charger, long press the power button to try to start.

2.Microphone is silent
Check that “Monitor”, “Music” and “Output” knob are properly debugged and that microphones are properly connected
using our cables.

Check whether the “MUTE”Button is turned off.

In your computer's “Sound settings”, set your playback and recording devices to "Squarock M1" and adjust the volume.

Change the position of the correct working type of MIC L2 and MIC R2.

If you use 48V microphone, you must turn on the 48V button.

3.Live broadcast without sound
In your computer's “Sound settings”& Record/Live APP, set your playback(output) and recording(input) devices to
"Squarock M1" and adjust the volume.
Check “Output” knob debugging.

4.Can the microphone be controlled separately?

The microphone can be controlled separately, with the MIC push knob on the left controlling MIC L1/L2 and the MIC push
knob on the right controlling MIC R1/R2. The same goes for microphone silence.

5.The headset with microphone is connected to silence

When the microphone jack is inserted into the microphone, the microphone channel in the headset is automatically shielded.
Because when using the microphone and headset at the same time, if the microphone channel is not shielded, there will be
double microphone sound in the output sound, and the two sound quality is relatively different.

6. Power is on, leave it for more than 30 minutes. Microphone and sound effect buttons are gone.
The reason for this is that the system protection program is triggered. You can reinsert the microphone plug, and restart the
sound board. Our suggestion: Please turn off the sound board when you don`t use the it for more than 30 minutes.

Do not disassemble or modify the equipment by yourself to avoid personal injury.
Please use our cable to avoid incompatibility and equipment failure.
