    DO’S & DON’T’S

    Do’s
    1. Name Matching: Use your full name exactly as it appears
    on your government ID.
    2. Must Mention your “Herbalife Associate ID”
    3. Complete All Fields: Fill out all required fields accurately.
    4. WhatsApp-Enabled Phone: Provide a phone number with
    WhatsApp for easy communication.
    5. Active Email Address: Use an email you check regularly
    for training materials.
    6. Consistent ID: Ensure your government ID number
    matches the type you select.

    Don'ts
    1. Avoid Duplication: Refrain from filling out the form more
    than once to prevent duplication and confusion.
    2. Provide Accurate Information: Avoid entering any
    incorrect or false details, as this could invalidate your
    registration.
    3. Complete All Fields: Don’t leave any column empty.
    4. Use Active Contact Details: Ensure you use an active
