visualize. Why 4 minutes? Because doing it for longer isn’t necessary. You can make
your desired end result known in as little as 4 minutes a day.
How do you do it? It’s simple. Find a quiet spot. Close your eyes. Set an alarm for 4
minutes. Then imagine the end result you want to create as vividly as possible, using
all of your senses: sight, sound, smell, taste, touch. Most important, allow yourself
to feel what you would feel if you were experiencing it in real life. More visualization
tips will be provided throughout the adventure.

Jambo Fellow Adventurer,
I can’t wait to share with you all I’ve learned in my many decades(!!) of adult life
about the art of creative visualization. It’s been my one and only go-to ritual for
creating change in my life. I’ve faithfully developed a ritual, every single morning, of
imagining that I feel lighthearted, happy, creatively fulfilled, loved and in love… and,
of course, I also visualize manifesting the odd bell, whistle, or milestone that may
be calling me forward.
To my surprise, I’ve found that just 4 minutes a day, on weekdays (I usually take
weekends off!), has been enough to solve my crises, improve my health, see my
dreams come true, and so much more.
Since our thoughts become things and our words give us wings, it would behoove
all to spend just a little bit of time imagining our lives filled with all that we have ever
desired. Yet so few create this space. That’s about to change!
Your joining this adventure signifies a tipping point being reached towards your
own inevitable breakthroughs and successes. Whatever you want truly lies only a few
thoughts, a few words, and a few baby steps away – and I’m going to cover all of
these elements during our time together.
The truth is, you could not be more powerful than you already are, nor more worthy
and deserving of all that your heart desires. And, happily, you don’t have to learn
how to make your thoughts become things—they already do! Instead, I will help
you harness what you know, channeling some quality time into a brand-new ritual
that will help you define, guide, and direct your thoughts in the most efficient way
possible, for maximum manifesting results.

You are the reason the sun rose this morning, and right now as you read these
words, all of life’s elements are looking to you for direction. And that direction is
exactly what this adventure is all about.

WORKSH OP #1
Our first workshop will be an exciting chance to get together and feel the power of
the many thousands who are joining us.
As far as the material to be covered goes, first, I’m going to review all the manifesting
basics. I found out a long time ago that I’d be remiss in addressing any audience if
I assumed all of us were on the same page. So, we’ll begin this event by getting
grounded in truth, establishing our vocabulary, arousing optimism, and raising
expectations! To the degree this may be “old hat” to you, prepare yourself for a
powerful confirmation of what you know that will be out of this world.
I’ll then shift to my more advanced material about how to define your dreams, an
extremely important topic that gets very little attention in most law of attraction
teachings. And then, I’m going to share something I’ve never shared before, and
that’s the fact that I have a personal, private, sanctuary at home—inspired by my
friend Sonia Choquette, just last year. I find it a comforting aspect of my daily ritual
that constantly serves to remind me that I’m never alone.

There’s no limit to the number of wishes you might possess or include in your creative
visualization sessions, however, it makes sense to pace yourself by identifying those
things, occurrences, or life-areas that you most want to experience. In this simple
exercise, you are first to answer three questions, which will then enable you to
get clearer on more specific ideas. As we will review, attaching to specifics will put
you on a slippery slope, however visualizing such details with non-attachment, as
incremental gains towards greater life transformation, can be extremely helpful.
Starting with a big-picture view, briefly answer the bolded questions below (include
things like confidence, affluence, being healed, possessing a romantic relationship,
being creatively fulfilled, etc.):

Now, rank and refine all of the above answers into just a few goals that capture the
essence of your most desired manifestations. Be as specific as you like. These goals
(dreams) will be referenced throughout the program as your Key Dreams, simply for
the handiness of calling your attention back to them. You do not need to cling to these
until they manifest before adding new things to visualize beyond this adventure.
Your answers to these last three questions are what you will be visualizing in the
coming days. Either in one vision that includes them all, or you can choose to alternate
what you visualize on certain days, picking one or two at a time.

1
Visualization 101: The Basics
Video summary:
2. Know ahead of time where you plan on visualizing each day. Create a
sanctuary, as discussed in our first workshop, but in the meantime at least
pick a room in your home or office, a chair in that room, and be consistent.
3. Use a countdown timer set to no less than 4 minutes and no more than
10. A common kitchen egg timer will suffice, or perhaps use the alarm app
on your smart phone.
4. If you have a few favorite metaphysical books, you may want to keep
them nearby. This way, right before you visualize, you might open one up
to either a random page, or perhaps your favorite highlighted lines, to get
into an inspired zone of infinite possibilities.
5. Forget perfection! Do your best to focus on your desired thoughts but cut
yourself slack and don’t expect an uninterrupted focus. Even a session that
includes worry or unintentional daydreaming will still gain you massive
traction towards bringing about life changes.

Your assignment:
If you haven’t started assembling your sanctuary yet, which can be as simple as
a bookshelf, coffee table, or even just sitting near a vision board or a few happy
photographs or clipped pictures from a magazine, start today! Go slowly… perhaps
adding one item per day or per week until complete.
Choose the scene or scenario you want to visualize today. Sit comfortably, prepare
your timer for 4 minutes, and get ready to visualize.
• Imagine your life with your dream(s) having already come true—don’t give
a thought as to how they came true. Include friends and family. Hear their
compliments. Imagine the conversations you might have about ordinary
things and extraordinary things. Imagine a yearning welling up within you to
help others achieve as you have achieved. Let your mind run wild.

each night, brush your teeth, bathe regularly, speak in complete sentences, use proper grammar,
run spell-check, zip up your fly, or pay your bills on time.

Getting into the Glorious Details
Video summary:
Perhaps nothing will better convince you, and the Universe, of the inevitable
likelihood of your dreams coming true than imagining in advance all of the glorious,
sumptuous, sparkling, and sexy details that they will bring along for the ride as they
manifest.
Today we’re going to talk about the importance of visualizing lots and lots of juicy
details. Sights, sounds, colors, textures, aromas, anything you can think of. We want
your wandering mind to be mesmerized by the glitz and glory of the manifestations
that will soon come to pass. Think of ramifications, consequences, and byproducts
of your dreams’ fruition. Imagine these vividly in your life. Picking items up with your
hands, if appropriate, or perhaps imagine that your hand is in the palm of another,
someone special who will soon be coming into your life.
Imagine your toes in the sand at the beach. Imagine hearing the seagulls in the
distance. Hear the sound of crashing waves. Feel the sun and its glorious heat
warming your skin. These examples will help to put you in the picture that you are
imagining. After all, it’s your life you want changed; it would be heartbreaking if
your visualizations actually played out in a movie you were later watching as your
manifestation! So be there, in your visioning, in your full glory, as the star of the
show.
It can also be helpful and powerful to imagine extraneous details. Details that are
not directly attached to your dream, yet that would show up in your life once your
dream has come true. Such visions reinforce the future reality. These visions also

imply your dream has come true, without even thinking about the dream! See some
examples below in your assignment.
You might also imagine the scenes in your mind showered in golden light. As Richard
Bach taught in his masterpiece book Illusions, imagining gold light is an excellent aide
for healing afflicted or ill areas of your body, and it also works wonders at accelerating
the law of attraction.
Of critical importance, and what most people misunderstand, is that all of the details
you imagine are just the likely fringe benefits of your dreams coming true. They are
not to be attached to nor insisted upon. Leave the door open for the Universe to
surprise you with details of her own! You are only to attach to your Key Dreams,
or better, leaving all else up to divine mind. Nevertheless, by imagining all of these
details, the Universe will gain clarity about your hopes and desires, so that it can
then get to work on your behalf.
Your assignment:
Choose the scene or scenario you want to visualize today. Sit comfortably, prepare
your timer for 4 minutes, and get ready to visualize.
This time, imagine your life with your Key Dream(s) having already come true—and
go crazy getting into the glorious, sensory details that will come as byproducts.
• You might imagine the details of a wonderful holiday meal in your home.
What’s on the menu? Who did you invite? How did you manage to fit so
many people in your home… or do you have a new home? Where do you
live these days? What’s the weather like there over the holidays? What are
you wearing? How does the food taste? Who prepared it? Knowing who
will likely be in attendance, imagine some of the conversations that will be
entertained and your contributions to those conversations, imagine the
laughter. What’s the family going to do tomorrow? Go for a walk? Swimming?
Hit the beach? Fly home? Stay the week?

• If you want to rev things up a bit (or perhaps save this idea for another day
after this adventure), imagine receiving an email from a complete stranger
affiliated with a renowned international publishing house who has heard
about your comeback or dream come true. They want to know if book rights
are available and whether or not you already have an agent who they should
be speaking to first. They’re also wondering if you’ve thought about film
rights….

When it comes to setting aside a little time each day to visualize, look at it like this:
No matter how distracted you become or how confused you are about the process, the simple
fact that you gave your dream this time and attention means you did it correctly, you did it
long enough, and that by the time you open your eyes, already in the unseen, huge wheels have
begun turning. HUGE.

Supercharging the Power
of Creative Visualization
Video summary:
Of all the details that are important to include in your creative visualization sessions,
by far the most important ones are your emotions. Emotions, after all, are why you
have your dreams! You want what you want in order to feel complete, satisfied, and,
above all else, happy. You also want to feel love for yourself and for life. All of these
feelings can be imagined when you visualize.
Of course, this may well mean you have to induce these emotions despite present
circumstances that may not otherwise lead you to feel the same way. No problem,
fake your emotions if you have to. It’s well known that the mind cannot differentiate
between fact and fiction. Your biological and neurological response to fake emotions
will be exactly the same as if you were feeling them authentically.
You will surprise yourself as you anticipate the emotions that will spin off of your
dreams coming true, by the authenticity of the feelings you’ve created. You will
quickly find that you can create joy, confidence, or whatever else you want to
feel, simply by summoning those emotions. And this is a handy trick to remember,
whether or not you’re in a creative visualization session.

Your assignment:
Choose the scene or scenario you want to visualize today. Sit comfortably, prepare your
timer for 4 minutes, and get ready to visualize, adding as much emotion as you can.
• Imagine the joy, peace of mind, and self-confidence you will feel once your Key
Dream(s) have already come true—in fact, today, for this session, skip all of the
other details (it’s OK if images pop into your mind as you do this).
• Imagine a feeling of lightness overtaking you, like you could just float away
because of the joy you’re feeling. Imagine (and feel) the happy tears running
down your face and tasting their salty bouquet when the odd one reaches your
lips. Imagine the tissue paper you’re consuming, wiping your eyes and blowing
your nose and laughing at the spectacle you’re creating!
• Imagine shaking your head in disbelief, except feeling and explaining (even out
loud), “This is real!! This is really real! This is real-real! Hallelujah!”
• Imagine feeling like, and perhaps saying out loud, “Having done this, I can truly
do anything! ANYTHING!” Sensing deep within you that this achievement was
always inevitable, and so are future manifestations, because nothing can stop
you now! Look out world, because
has been unleashed!! Thy kingdom/queendom has come!!

Continue with these feelings of accomplishment. You did it! You faced your fears!
You tuned-out the doubters! You surprised yourself. You have no pressure now to
prove anything to anyone, nor should you have ever felt you needed to. But now
you know. Now all is well. Now you can truly relax and smell the roses and enjoy
your simple and exquisite existence, just as it is and just as you are!

If you let just anyone know about your awareness of the legions in the unseen doing your
bidding, or the population shifts now being sparked by your very words, or the circumstances
and events presently being crafted by your thoughts, you just might create the illusion that
you’re from a not-so-distant parallel star system, possessing mysterious powers, favored by fate,
here to save the world.

Creating a Laser Focus by
Using Key Words
Video summary:
If our thoughts become things, it’s our words that give us wings.
This is not making TBT more complicated, nor are we adding a new element. Our
words are our thoughts — the ones that will usually become things the soonest. Our
words are our thoughts with enough intensity and focus that we speak them. And
that intensity is something we can choose at any time by choosing our words
wisely. To do this, first know the feeling you’re after, then, dress up that feeling with
specially chosen words, and you have an affirmation! Some may call it a mantra,
which is simply a short, often one-word, affirmation. Affirmations and mantras can
be extremely powerful in helping you create a laser-focus on the feelings they give
rise to!
This also tips us off to the importance of every word we utter during any and every
day. Our words point to where our thinking is. And with a little forethought, we can
craft words in advance that will do some heavy-manifesting-lifting for us.

You can even go a step further and claim, “I did…” or “I was…,” to imply that the
manifestation is behind you, further creating feelings of accomplishment.
The simple act of expressing gratitude is synonymous with expressing the feeling, “I
have received!” So even when simply expressing gratitude for what is already in your
life, that powerful feeling of I have received will actually create more space in your
life to receive other things and experiences, whether or not specifically addressed
by you in any other settings, visualized, affirmed, or explored in passing thoughts.

Be careful of what you wish for, not just because you might get it, but because in the wishing
you may reinforce its absence in your life.

Imagining Beyond Your Dream
Video summary:
We’ve already talked about the importance of beginning each visualization session
with your desired end result in mind. This bypasses the “cursed hows” and gives you
an image or feeling of exactly what you want to think about.
On day 4, we also talked about the power of gratitude, which when expressed
properly implies that your wishes have already come to pass.
Going beyond your dream is a variation of this. As implied, it’s about imagining your
future, after your Key Dreams, or better, have manifested. It’s about creating a
scenario in which either months or even years have passed… and imagining the new
dreams you will then have.
Not only is this a lot of fun, but also, as you know, the only way these new visions
will become the things, feelings, and events of your life is if, working backwards,
between then and now, your present Key Dreams have become your reality.
This technique can be especially useful if some of your Key Dreams are about health
and healing. It’s also useful if you’re presently struggling with setbacks, trauma,
drama, anxiety, fears, etc. In these situations, going beyond gives you a free ticket
to stop worrying about what may have been in your past or what presently exists in
your life today, so that you can begin imagining a life that’s carefree. More will be
discussed on dealing with these types of issues in the second workshop.
By giving these future dreams some thought during a creative visualization session,
you will very powerfully begin taking for granted the inevitable realization of what you

you anticipate in advance, still doesn’t compare to the power you wield, the dragons you slay,
and the legions you command when you act as if your greatest dreams have already come true.

When to Include or Exclude Others
Video summary:
A cardinal rule when crafting or choosing dreams is not to attach them to specific
people behaving in specific ways. Notice the emphasis on specific! This way, you
allow the Universe to find the right person, behaving in ways that will thrill you, at
the right time. Obviously, when unresolved emotions are involved, this might be a
lot easier said than done… but you can do it!
On the other hand, you can influence people with your thoughts, perhaps even
maximizing chances they will behave as you choose. But to hinge your happiness
on another’s behavior is to give your power away.
One of the most frequent questions I’m asked from audiences is whether or not our
thoughts can help a close friend or family member. This question is typically born
of love, wanting to help someone we care about have an easier path and see better
days. This is when your influence can make a real difference. If this is an objective
of yours, think of the other person or people you care about, and see them with a
smile on their face and a skip in their step. Send them your love and admiration. Yet
know that even in these situations, while they will most certainly feel your good
intentions at some level, it’s up to them to “grab the baton” and think similarly for
themselves. Still, for reasons that may not make sense to us, they may choose not
to. If love for another stirs your heart in this way, sending them good thoughts and
envisioning them happy in their life can only be helpful.
None of this is to say you can’t draw new besties or partners into your life, or that
you can’t wish to attract someone who will fulfill certain needs and desires. The

best way to do this is to create visions in your mind and feelings in your heart of
having received exactly what you want. You can even use a specific someone as
a “placeholder” in your dreams, knowing clearly that if they don’t “take the bait,”
you’re prepared to allow the Universe to find someone “even better for you.” By
allowing space for “or better,” which obviously is not meant to grade people, you
untie the hands of an otherwise unlimited universe who is, even now, standing by
to blow your mind with shock and delight!
If imagining a specific person as a placeholder feels like a slippery slope for you,
then don’t go there. Alternatively, you can imagine someone like George Clooney or
Cameron Diaz as your placeholders. People for whom you do not have an emotional
attachment to already. Or you can simply imagine the aftermath of a fabulous
business deal that’s just closed, or, that you’ve just returned from Hawaii where
you enjoyed a smoldering holiday with your new romantic interest. You could also
imagine you’re going shopping for perfume or cologne for your significant other,
or the considerations of sharing your home or business space with someone who’s
about to come into your life. There are lots of ways to playfully imagine new people
in your life, without having to name or picture those new people.

Choose one of the above, and then imagine a scenario reflective of how you would
most enjoy your time with them…

• That feeling when you realize things are getting better, and better, and better
each and every time you meet.
• Hosting a party at your home that includes all of your new friends. Imagine,
as each one arrives, you are bursting with happiness at the sight of them.
Warm hugs follow, introductions, and lots of love-filled-laughter.
• If it’s a business relationship, imagine how well you complement each other,
that the finances are good and keep getting better, and that there is more
than enough abundance and prosperity for all.
Once you have the scene set, get ready to imagine it coming to life, details and
happiness included.

I know, I know! Send them a thought form! You know, a bundle of clearly formed ideas that will
communicate, disarm, inform, instruct, guide, heal, or whatever else you choose.
Just be sure you’re clear with yourself about the outcome you’re really after before you send it,
because, boy, it really works, especially when sent with love. It’s almost creepy.
Yeah, you’ll wonder why you haven’t done it all your life, until you realize,
in one way or another, that you have.

How to Concentrate Your Thoughts
Video summary:
Included in legends and lore, there are countless stories in old texts and even in
modern channeled works that claim megalithic stones, weighing several tons,
at ancient ruins scattered across the globe, were all moved, in large part (if not
exclusively), by earlier humans harnessing... concentrated thought. Which should
not come as a surprise to the serious physicist or metaphysician who understands
that the entire physical universe is made up of energy. And what is energy… but
consciousness, intelligence, or in its human manifestation, thought!
Fellow adventurer, there is no doubt in my mind that our present civilization has not
come close to understanding the power we wield through the thoughts we choose
to focus on. Nor do we know the degree to which we are capable of focusing! Not
only do our thoughts attract or repel existing illusions—time, space, and matter—
but, and I am not the first to suggest this, our thoughts literally create or project
matter for our physical senses to perceive... and, by extension, we literally create or
project all-things-time-and-space.
Several times in my life, I’ve accidentally stumbled upon my own power, usually bent
over with angst, fists clutched, yearning, wanting, and demanding certain elements
of my life shift. And, in hindsight, such episodes were always followed by profound
transformations in my life, exactly along the same lines of my earlier angst-inspired
thinking.
I will share more in today’s video but suffice it to say that through a little bit of

playful experimentation we can all begin dabbling with the different energies we
possess.
Your assignment:
Of your Key Dreams established earlier, which among them do you want the most?
Or is there a desire of yours that you have not yet shared, perhaps out of shyness?
What is it, right now, that you almost desperately yearn for? The manifestation of
which would likely make the biggest difference in your life and happiness? No limits,

Manifestation Acceleration
In this workshop, I’m going to cover other essential considerations that will bring
about your manifestations quicker, easier, and more harmoniously. These topics,
while beyond your visualization sessions, are important complements to turning
your wishes into reality.
Among other things, I’ll be talking about the importance of being congruent with
your visions by way of expanding your beliefs and taking action. These are both
natural extensions to any transformation, to any creative visualization ritual. When
we believe our dreams are within reach, we automatically speak and move with
those same dreams. Yet, sometimes taking new action steps requires that we face
our fears and lean outside of our comfort zones. Knowing what I know about the
power within you, this may be far easier than you suspect.
Each of the other elements I discuss, including how to roll with adversity and
interpret seeming setbacks, will also further your confidence, arouse expectations,
and maintain excitement.
You are alive on Earth right now for a reason, many reasons, not the least of which
is to begin living life on your terms. Something you were born equipped to do. You are
not meant to endure that which displeases you, but to change it. And, by the end of
our session today, you will be well on your way.

Our beliefs are almighty in shaping our lives. Yet they derive their mere existence by
the thoughts we choose to think. This tips us off that there may be alternate ways
of changing our beliefs than simply looking for our so-called invisible, limiting, self-
sabotaging ones—such an exercise can often create more problems than it solves.
The best approach I’ve found for expanding my beliefs so that they include my
dreams is to list out the beliefs I would like to claim as my own, whether or not they
actually are mine yet. Beliefs that include the scope of seeing my dreams come
true. Then I study this list, I see the validity of each belief I’ve written down, and I
challenge myself in the days and weeks ahead to start acting like they are my beliefs.
This exercise does not require that you know what your beliefs are. It’s simply
listing beliefs that you would like to possess, and then, through the steps given,
those beliefs will be installed as your inner witness sees your demonstrations and
the effects they have on your future manifestations. This will all happen while
simultaneously eroding any limiting beliefs that you might have had, until the new
beliefs become your evidenced truth.
Think of your Key Dreams and complete the steps below. Note: You could also
complete these steps for each dream, one at a time, or for individual future dreams;
however, for illustrative purposes and because it can work just as well if you lump
your dreams together for this exercise, simply think of your Key Dreams for now:

1. With your Key Dreams in mind, what are some examples of excellent, supportive
beliefs that you would like to claim as your own?
2. Dwell upon and see the validity of these beliefs, as they apply to YOU.
Commit to carrying this list around with you day by day, or at least putting it by your
bedside and studying the beliefs you’ve written down. See their validity. Know that
they are true for you. Pump your fists and celebrate that you live in a world where
you command the elements. And, as each day goes by, think back to this list and
know that there are countless people in the world who already believe as you’d like
to believe and who have manifested their lives accordingly... and realize that now
it’s your turn!

3. Act the part; integrate these beliefs into your real life by acting like they are
yours.
Now it’s time to begin incorporating these beliefs into your life, and this is best done
by acting like they are yours. Look for opportunities throughout each day to step
into these beliefs. Perform acts of faith or token demonstrations that are reflective
of these beliefs being yours. Even consider, from time to time, going out of your way
to run a special errand, even if it’s a make-believe errand, to provide evidence that
your life is changing and your expectations are sky high!
If you’re feeling inspired, I challenge you right now to jot down a few examples of
acts of faith or token demonstrations that you can check-off in the weeks ahead:

In saying goodbye, I want to encourage you to stay on the path you’re now on.
A path that evidences you believe:
Life is not fair. The cards of this game are stacked in your favor!
I especially urge you to be patient and loving with yourself. This is every bit as
important to creating successful manifestations as visualizing. If you miss a day, or a
week, or 22 years, when you’re ready just have back at it again. Simply consider that
it was much needed time off so that you could process your reality, get grounded,
and be ready to go to even higher levels than you were able to go before.
It’s been an honor sharing this adventure with you! I look forward to hearing your
success stories, either on social media, Entertainment Tonight, or perhaps in a
serendipitous real-world meeting.
