frame, and power-frame modules using DFM principles.
• Checked for the weldability and assigned suitable welds.
• Release of above modules into PLM system.
Locking fixture – NPD:

• Analyzed and made design changes for locking fixture of lifting booms.
• Got it approved from the R&D team manager and released the manufacturing drawings in PLM system.
• Followed up with sourcing team to get it manufactured by a suitable vendor.
• Reviewed with production team for the products compatibility and functionality.
SIMBA-MK10 – NPD:
• Created detailed assembly and dimension drawing for all its variants and released into PLM system.
Boomer and Boltec rigs – Maintenance support:
• Worked on cable and hydraulic hose routing and detailing of the rigs.
• Closed multiple PSM’s raised on these rigs by making suitable changes in the rigs.
