The 21st century human being leads a very busy lifestyle, with lots of work to do and probably a family to
take care of which takes a lot of their time and makes it difficult to cook well-balanced diet meal that
can take care of their body’nutrional needs .Nutritional supplements helps one to have va healthy
supply of nutrients in their body that can boost their immune system through the provision of vital
minerals that the body needs for normal functioning.

Reasons for taking nutrional supplements

No matter how healthy and balanced your diet is, you could experience nitrional
deficiency .Supplements help you get all you the nutrients you need, from vitamin A to zinc.

Eating proper amounts of essential vitamins and minerals plays a role in the long – term health of your
immune system, bones, joints, and heart .According to one study, so many people are deficient in at
least two vitamins.

adverse effects on our body like having eyesight issues and reproductive health issues. Foods that bare
rich in vitamin A include Milk, Eggs, Tomatoes and Leafy green vegetables.

Vitamins C consists of ascorbic acid. It helps form connective tissue and hormonesw,is involved in
detoxification reactions in their liver, promotes iron absorption from food and strengthens the immune
system. It also acts as an antioxidant.

Antioxidants neutralize aggressive particles formed in the body in addition it vitamin C, Vitamin And
Selenium and secondary plant substances are also part of the body ‘s sysem.Fresh fruit and vegetables
are the best sources of vitamin c, including cherries,citrus,cabbage,tomatoes and spinach.

Vitamin d deficiency is common, severely affecting the immune function. The risk ofrespiratoy tract
