េខម ជ�ីេអសេអម ម.ក PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

ខែចង និ ងលក�ខណ� ៃនកិច�្រពមេ្រព�ងស្រមាប់ ការេ្របី ្រ�ស់ េសវាកម�របស់ ្រក �មហ៊ុន េខម ជ�ីេអស These terms and conditions of the Services Agreement for the service of

១. ចុះហត�េលខាេលី ទ្រមង់ ែបបបទស្រមាប់ ការេ្របី ្រ�ស់ េសវាកម�របស់ Cellcard ែដលមាន Article 2: Conditions of Registration

Article 3: Starting Date
្របការ៤៖ ៃថ�ឧបករណ៍ និ ងការទូ ទាត់

4.1 Service Fee: Product and Service shall be payable as stated in
the Registration Form of Service attached herein. Payment of the service

Cellcard is entitled to the following rights:

5.2 Rights and Obligations of the Customer
៥.២.២ កាតព�កិច�របស់ អតិ ថិជន
5.2.1 Rights of the Customer
អតិថិជន មានកាតព�កិច� ដូចខាងេ្រកាម៖ The Customer shall have the following rights:
- តម�ល់្រ�ក់កក់កងករណ ុ� ី អនុវត�្រសបតាមការត្រម�វៃនផលិ តផល និ ងេសវានី មួយៗ។ - Access 24 hours/day and 7 days/week to the internet fully and

parties have thoroughly read it, understood and agreed that the above

two languages, English language shall prevail.

9.10 Governing Law: This T&C shall be governed by and constructed

in all aspects in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

9.11 Settlement of Dispute: Any dispute arising out of this T&C which
cannot be resolved amicably between the Parties shall be submitted to the
National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC). The seat of arbitration
shall be in Phnom Penh and the language shall be English.

9.12 Condition of Product and Service: conditions of Product and

Service that provided on the website of Cellcard shall be applied in
addition to this T&C.
