    DISTRICT PARTICIPATION IN THE


    MUNICIPAL MEET
    2023

    1. In consonance with the District Administrators Meeting last November 8 ,2023. It was
    agreed upon that the Municipal MEET 2023 is scheduled on November 10 -11 ,2023
    at the different playing venue as designated and agreed upon by both party the
    Tumauini North and the Tumauini South District Coordinators.The opening program
    will be held infront of the old Municipal building of Tumauini .In connection to this it
    is expected that all participants are ready to participate in the different sports events
    such as;

    - Athletics (Boys & Girls) - Volleyball (Boys & Girls)


    - Basketball - Football
    - Swimming (Boys & Girls) - Badminton (Boys & Girls)
    - Chess (Boys & Girls) - Dance Sports (Latin & Standard)
    - Taekwondo (Boys & Girls) - Gymnastics
    - Sepak Takraw Jr.

    2. The selected qualified athletes during the DISTRICT Meet will be the athletes to
    participate and compete and will have their own practice in their own school prior to
    the MUNICIPAL MEET 2023.

    3. To finance the delegation for the duration of the 2-day MUNICIPAL MEET 2023 will
    come from the accumulated fund last October 20-21 fund raising .

    4. The PSA original copy of Birth Certificate, parent’s waiver and other pertinent papers
    relative to the said event, will be prepared by the coach of the respective games,and it
    will be presented to the District Screening Committee on November 9, 2023 at
    Tumauini West Central School (TWCS).

    5. The District delegation will be quartered at TWCS on 3;00 PM on Nov. 9 2023. All
    Coaches, trainors, chaperones and athletes will bring their own eating kit and should
    wear the Green District uniform during the opening program.
    Designated chaperones,coaches trainors must sleep to their designated quarters to
    ensure the safety of their athletes during the duration of the sports meet.

    6. Enclosed herewith are the list of Municipal Officials, District Officials, Officiating
    officials, Coaches, Trainors, Athletes, Chairman and members of the different
    Committee.

    7. The concerned coaches, trainors, chaperones, athletes and delegation/officiating


    officials shall have make-up classes for 1 Saturday in lieu of November 10, 2023 to
    ensure continuity of instruction as per DepEd Order No.9, s.2003.

    8. Strict compliance and dissemination of the contents of this memorandum is highly


    anticipated.
