    1. Go to APP/Update/Local Update on the original software to update.

    2. After the update is completed, the machine will reboot automatically, and please follow the
    guide to config the device. Confirm the device can connect the internet.
    3. Finish the config, enter the Menu/Settings/Reset menu and execute Reset all. Then start the
    server patch menu and the menus will be opened by default, which are all in Menu/Other.
    4. The Other Menu will be displayed.
    5. SN serial number query method

    Settings》Device》About》Serial Number
    Notice:
    If always this menu shows, please check your internet connection, or change to use the LAN cable,
    then reset the device again.
