PROBLEM STATEMENT
There is no OCR (optical character recognition) by the image in an automatic cv generation website or
application on the internet. People do not have a shortcut to send a cv/cover letter/Resume directly. But we
will provide the feature that will share CV/Resume directly via email. We will also introduce an Email
tracker that would enable the user to view if their CV/Resume has been opened by the company they have
chosen to apply for. And our application would also be able to seek the user’s potential jobs according to
their mentioned designation.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In this modern era, the need to go to an office and submit your CV/Resume has been reduced to a minimum
by the internet, our aim is to develop a website and android base application for automatic CV/Resume
generation. This application or website helps the user to make their CV/Resume template in a professional
template and also provided a template of a cover letter/Resume. Provided by a fully AI content analyzer
which provides the real-time creation of CV/cover letter/Resume. In this automatic CV generation, the user
can upload his old CV/cover letter/Resume in the form of a document, pdf, png, or jpeg to collect

information from this. To make a new CV we will provide professional templates. We will be providing a
text editor to rule out any grammatical errors. We will provide a shortcut of one click which will help the
user to send their CV via email directly to our website or send it to anyone they desire including any
potential employers we suggest to them. The user would be able to view if their CV/Resume has been
opened by the company or employer they have sent their CV/Resume. The website or application will also
predict recommendations that will help the user to save time and create the project with excellence. CV can
be downloaded in different formats like pdf, Docx, png, and jpeg. There will be a translation option
provided to the user. The CV/Resume will identify and eliminate any bad words written instantly. In
addition there will also be a feature that will recommend the user multiple potential jobs according to
his/her resume.

Our website will function on Windows/Mac/Linux/Unix and almost all Operating Systems as long as they
have an internet connection. We will also make an android base application that would work on low-budget
mobile.
INTRODUCTION
“Automatic CV Generator” is a CV generating or creating a project, when our website is opened the front
page will pop up showing all the instructions the user can follow to create the perfect CV/Resume. There
will be multiple drop-down menus each containing different options for the user to choose from, it will
have options like, About, CV Creation, Hiring Solutions, Resume Creation, Cover Creation, Tools,
Settings, and other features. An “OCR” system would also be provided that would read an image and copy
the text to a new template so you can edit it without the hassle of re-writing it. An additional feature is to
drop down your old CV/Resume and also edit it. Additional edit features would be provided in the resume
that would enable the user to choose from different templates. The designation feature will find potential
jobs according to the user’s level of expertise. The email tracker will enable the user to keep track of the
CV/Resume they have sent to the employer. The A.I content analyzer will give a small preview of what you
are writing and will show it to the user in real-time.
Furthermore our project would enable the system to eliminate any bad word.

common features as cv templates but it has no professional template and does not have an
automatic CV editor and many other features. It does not take the old CV in the document, pdf, and
jpeg format.

This is another website that provides also the same features like many templates, a cover letter
template, and a Resume template but it does not have the feature of a text editor and does not
Resume send directed links. It does not take the old CV in the document, .jpeg format.

This website does not have the same templates for Resumes and covers letters. It has not the has
the feature of a text editor and does not Resume send directed to links. It does not take the old CV
in the document, .jpeg format. AI content analyzer does not exist.
4. CV maker
This application providing all features that our application have but some additional features
like resume and cover letter and recommendation option of the related job is not available in this
application and this application does not have the function of OCR and it cannot accept the old cv
in any form.

5. CV Engineer
This application provides many features as other and also provides the additional features to view
CV, cover letter, and resume maker it does not have any function of OCR that can accept the old
CV in any form. This technique will extract data from the image and insert it into the new CV
template.
OBJECTIVES
The main purpose of the system, the user will be able to create an excellent CV/Resume with minimum
effort and will be able to find his desired job easily.

➢ Scan the Old CV and build a new CV in a new template.
➢ Store data in the database for future use.
➢ Track Email if employer views your Resume.
➢ Translate CV in Urdu language.
➢ Eliminate any bad words automatically.
➢ User can download Resume in different formats.
➢ This will greatly enhance the confidence level of the person.

MOTIVATION

We saw in real life the importance of CV/Resume and the great struggle of landing a good first impression,
however we saw a lot of websites that claim to ease this burden of the user but are nothing but money-
making site, and forces the user to buy premium and other functions. But we wanted a quick solution to all
these problems in a single site, hence the project “Automatic CV generator”.

➢ Templates: It has many fonts and different design styles with additional colours and the ease of
choosing and viewing every single design according to your desire.
➢ OCR: The ability of the system to recognize and convert each image pixel to words and create a
beautiful CV out of it.
➢ AI content analyzer: In this feature system provide real-time creation of CV as user provide
information.
➢ Download methods: User can download the CV in multiple formats like pdf, docx, .jpeg, .png.
➢ One click sending: In this feature user can send CV/cover letter/Resume directly to email on single
click.
➢ Email Track: This will allow the user to track an email he/she has sent to an employer and can view
if the email was clicked or opened.
➢ View Count: This will allow the user to get an amount of how many times your CV/Resume has
been viewed.
➢ Translation: This will translate your CV/Resume into different languages.
➢ Spam Eliminator: This will eliminate any bad word.
➢ Job Suggestion provider: It will recommend the user multiple potential jobs according to his/her
resume.
