We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intern to join our Recruitment team.
This role is in Pune, Maharashtra and Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
ROLE
• Liase with various business stake holders (internal/external) in assessing business
requirements, organize multiple demands and competing priorities, and create efficient and
actionable plans
• Act as an SME in areas of the business/product, understanding its integration with technology,
and help business/product to achieve goals
• Support on various strategic planning initiatives using data, insights and analytics
• Identify risks, resolving issues, and solving problems throughout business/product lifecycle
• Drive consultative approach, solution-oriented activity and offer a variety of risk management
consulting services to enable clients develop competence for all market-facing operations as
regards production, transmission, and distribution assets and systems
• Facilitate and lead different working streams while focusing on delivering business value,
process transparency, and leadership
• Provide analytical support and prepares drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for
assigned area
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Preferred knowledge and experience: Data Science, Program/ Project Management, Product
Management, Business Analysis, Planning, Business testing, Risk and Compliance, Exposure to
Scrum Methodology & Agile, Automation, Robotics Process Automation, Business and Finance
academic background is a plus
• Able to handle sensitive issues under pressure
• Relationship builder and team player; can develop partnerships with internal partners and
effectively work with various levels of the organization
• Strong self-management skills, including the ability to manage time and workload against
priorities and objectives; strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and work ethic with ability to think independently and communicate
concisely
• Solid analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills to understand and anticipate the
impact and opportunities across multiple critical projects and competing deadlines.
• Strong initiative and follow through. Quest for change with growth mindset will be a plus
• Knowledge or experience of financial services operations, risk management, custody, clearing,
testing, program management, and Agile work environment
ELIGIBILITY / QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA - Finance, General Management
• Minimum cumulative CGPA of 7.0 or above on a scale of 10
• No active/current backlogs
• Must be ready to work in Pune or Chennai
