1. Certain items are only available at specific campuses, for a better detailed look at some of our gear, click here.
2. The requestor or "lessee" will use the equipment in a careful manner and will use the equipment for the purpose it was designed for.
3. There are no guarantees on availability of requested items so make your request as soon as possible.
4. The Thayne Center offers a maximum of three (3) business days for equipment & game rental.
5. Unless given prior consent, the lessee will not alter or modify the equipment unless the alteration is easily removable without damaging the equipment.
6. The lessee will be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the equipment or other rented items. If equipment is returned damaged or without being cleaned (if
applicable), the lessee may take the necessary steps in order to clean and/or make the necessary repairs. Alternatively, the Thayne Center may make take on the
cleaning and/or repairs after which an invoice will be sent to the lessee for repair or cleaning expenses.
7. The lessee will return the rented items by the agreed upon date. After which, there may be a late-return charge of $15/day.
8. Insurance: No insurance coverage for this equipment is required under this agreement.
9. You may be asked to fill out a physical check-out form upon arrival of pick up.
