Login
3. Upon 1st login, system will show a QR code to register for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

4. Launch/open the “Google Authenticator” or “Microsoft Authenticator” from your mobile device.
Next, follow the below steps to add account into the Authenticator application.

5. After successfully registering 2FA in your mobile phone, enter the 6-digit code appearing on
your mobile phone to “Authenticator Token” page, then click “Next” button to login.
For subsequent login, you will only see the above screen requesting the 6-digits code in
authenticator apps from your mobile phone.

Dashboard
1. “Next Flight” section to view flight details in connection with the crew change event.
2. “Calendar” section to view planned events for crew changes.
3. “Notification” section to view notifications.
4. “Expiring Documents” section to view any documents that is expiring soon.
5. “Non-Compliances” section to view list of any non-compliances for crew requirements.

Movements
This section provides the information for the crew’s movement & voyages
Events
This section provides the information for flights & events for crew change.

Calendar
The Calendar shows the various activities for the crew within the date range selected.
Payroll
Payroll section provide the access to crew’s payroll details and the ability to print payslip, view
allotment & MPOs related information.

Documents
This section provides the access to crew’s various documents (Authentication, Certificates, License
Visa, Passports, etc.)
To upload a document:
* This will be same steps for uploading other documents (Visa, Certificates, etc).

1. Click on the type of document from the top panel. (Certificates, Passport, etc.)
2. Click on “Add” button.
3. Enter details of passport and click “Insert” button to complete the process.
* This will be same steps for adding new record for other documents (Visa, Certificates, etc.)

Training
Training section shows the list of mandatory and non-mandatory requirements associated with the
qualification matrix.
Medical
Medical section provides the access to medical examination, Drug & Alcohol Tests history.

This section provides the option to change login password for the system.
* This password is linked for both Crew Self-Service and Compas Onboard.

1. I have accidentally deleted my 2FA record from my Authenticator application, how do I login?
• Please contact Service Desk stating that you have deleted 2FA record from authenticator,
Compas Admin will reset your 2FA for you to re-register back to your mobile device.
2. I changed a new phone, my new phone does not have Compas 2FA registered, how do I login?
• Send an email to Service Desk to indicate that you wish to reset your Compas 2FA, Service desk will
guide you on how to re-register Compas 2FA in the new phone.
4. Time zone/ Time on the PC is not the same with my mobile device installed with Authenticator.
• You cannot login if the time for the 2 devices is different, you need to change either the PC or
mobile device’s time zone/ time to match the other device.
Contact service desk if you need guide on how to update time zone/ time on PC/mobile device.
