You will be part of our delivery teams, comprising of experts, designing and implementing the right scalable
solutions and services that help our clients achieve their business objectives faster. This includes assisting
your team in the following –
1. Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis
of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
2. Identifying a client’s high-level business needs and in the creation of detailed functional specs and
other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
3. Defining how our clients can leverage new technologies like Gen AI for greatest strategic impact
in the digital world that supports business requirements and reduces costs
4. Solving key business problems and challenges by painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the
current state to a “to-be” a Total Enterprise Reinvention
5. Developing detailed and actionable business cases and plans which reflect our practice’s deep
industry, Digital and business process acumen to leverage technology for greatest strategic impact
6. Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs
7. Assisting our clients build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high
performance
8. Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tool
and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of Go -to-
market offerings

Your experience counts!


1. Any Graduate from Tier-1 institute
2. Language Proficiency – Japanese (JLPT N1 and N2 equivalent), German, and French (C1/C2 equivalent) is
preferable
3. Academic excellence - Demonstrate consistency throughout academic career.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word & MS Project
5. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) along with any other foreign language is a
plus
6. Strategic and analytical thinker, effective and proactive problem solver
7. Aptitude to learn, problem solving, ability to think creatively to solve real world business problems
8. Ability to seamlessly integrate and work collaboratively in fast-paced global environment
9. Competence in building credibility and effective relationships with stakeholders
10. Good to have skills:
o Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Axis, Azure, AWS or any other
data visualization platform
o Effective presentation development and delivery skills to diverse stakeholders
o Demonstrated leadership skills in projects or any other allied activities (e.g. college clubs, pro-
bono volunteering)
o Knowledge of programming language such as C++, Java, R, S-Plus, Python or any other niche
technical capability
o Knowledge on key technology implementation solutions including MES, SAP, IOT, Analytics.
o Knowledge on after market service operations including spare parts management, Warranty
management is a plus.
o Specialization or elective in Gen AI
