    Subject: National Fellowship Scheme for ST Students (NFST) - Online demo session on
    20.9.2024 for verification of NFST applications for 2024-25 reg.

    Sir/Madam

    I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that the portal for inviting
    application for National fellowship for ST students who is pursuing Ph.D. course is opened on 1 st
    August 2024 and will be closed on 30.9.2024. Universities are required to verify the applications
    on or before 17.10.2024.

    2. In this regard, Ministry of Tribal Affairs will organize a video conference on verification
    process of National Fellowship applications for ST Students for the year 2024-25; which will be
    held on Friday 20.09.2024, from 10.30 A.M onwards. The video conference will cover the
    agenda mentioned in the Annexure I (attached below)

    3. You are requested to depute/Nominate two officers (1 Nodal Officer and 1 Dealing officer)
    from your institute who are involved in the verification process of the ST students in
    https://fellowship.tribal.gov.in

    4. Further, you are also requested to keep ready technical issues faced by students/Institutes
    in NFST portal. The link will be shared in due course.
