    Greetings of peace,

    We, the Rover Scouts of Angeles City Council, would like to ask your
    permission to conduct the Rover Scout vigil of our aspirants to become full-
    pledge Rover Scouts from Sep 20 - 21, 2024.

    In line with this, we ask your permission to allow us to conduct the program
    in the BSP Angeles City Headquarters. Rest assured that the headquarters
    will be kept clean and peaceful throughout the program.

    We hope for your positive response to our request. We have also attached
    the event program to this request letter for you to assess. Your approval will
    be highly appreciated. For further questions, you may message us at your
    convenience.
