2. Primary Responsibilities:
To manage all HR and Labor related activities for Chennai Plant personnel
To coordinate payroll data and statutory requirements (PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/BONUS) with HO & dept.
To ensure employee attendance, OT and leave records updation on regular basis.
To ensure new joiners induction training and documentation submission to HO.
To coordinating with HO for new joiners Appointment letter, ID card, NDA form on immediate basis.
To ensure employee confirmation appraisal and evaluation form submission to HO on time.
To maintain proper record for providing uniform and shoes to employees.
To maintain office stationary and housekeeping materials stocks as needed basis.
To ensure proper housekeeping of external area
To manage & supervise labour contractors & security contractors.
To Supervise & maintain housekeeping records
To Coordinate & Maintain company vehicles, servicing, permits & Insurances, Tex.
To ensure maintenance of proper records as per QMS (ISO 9001:2015,14001:2015 & 45001:2018)
To ensure all admin related invoice send through PIS and hardcopies to HO on regular basis.
To ensure visiting guest house on periodical basis and Housekeeping and Rooms Hygiene.
To ensure usage of PPE & Maintain safe working environment with proper housekeeping
