    banking resources under the terms and conditions stated herein with clean, clear, good and of non-
    criminal funds.

    We, FORCE GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, as authorized signatory, do hereby confirm that we have
    requested specific confidential information and documentation on behalf of our entity.

    We are hereby agreeing that all information received is in direct response to our request and is not in
    any way considered or intended to be a solicitation of funds by you of any sort or type of offering and is
    for our general knowledge only. We hereby affirm, that we have requested this information from your
    organization of our choice and out of our free will and further, that you have not solicited us in any way.

    PROCEDURES

    1. Seller shall provide ISIN.


    2. Buyer shall issue LOI accepting the transactional procedures.
    3. The Seller issues a DVP agreement for the Buyer to execute.
    4. Buyer and Seller sign and lodge the DVP agreement with their respective Euro desk.
    5. Seller issues validation Euro Clear report for the Buyer to register the transaction with their
    respective Euro clear desk. Seller will add a tearsheet showing he is the rightful owner of the
    bonds.
    6. Once the Seller confirms that the transaction is registered on Euroclear, the Seller’s Officer will
    contact the Buyer’s Officer to settle the security.
    7. Payment via Euroclear
    8. This Letter of Intent/RWA (“LOI”) is valid for FIVE (5) international banking days. This LOI shall
    be deemed null and void if the Seller does not execute and deliver their complete desk officer
    information and a window time for a desk officer to desk officer verification call within the
    stated validation period of this LOI.
