SUBJECT : Investigation Report on Qualified Theft (stolen motorcycle) in


Tolosa Public Plaza.

II MATTERS TO BE INVESTIGATED

4. This pertains to the stolen motorcycle of Victor Lim Tanon in Tolosa


Public Plaza, Leyte. The incident occurred at November 19, 2023,
around 4 a.m. The suspect Macky Honda was recognized by a
witness named Cheese Moza.

5. Whether or not Macky Honda is guilty of stealing the motorcycle of


Victor Lim Tanon.

III FACTS OF THE CASE

6. On November 19, 2023, Victor Lim Tanon parked his motorcycle a


Honda XR 150 Black and Red at Tolosa Public Plaza, Leyte. Victor
admitted that he left the keys of his motorcycle attached to it when
he went for Mt. Inapusong to exercise.

7. That when Victor went back to the plaza his motorcycle was
nowhere to be found.

8. A witness named Cheese Moza who at that time of the day was
sweeping the streets saw and recognized Macky Honda
approaching the motorcycle and driving away with it.

IV INVESTIGATION/FINDINGS

9. The witness stated that she saw and recognized the suspect as one
Macky Honda. The officers discovered where he lives which is at
Tanghas Tolosa Leyte.

10. The investigating officers arrived outside of the residence of the


suspect to ask him questions regarding the case. Before the
officers could call the suspect they saw a motorcycle with the same
description as the one reported stolen by the suspect.

V CONCLUSION

11. The suspect Macky Honda was questioned by the investigating


officers and the suspect admitted to have done the crime.

12. The suspect was brought to the police station for further interview
and processing of the case.

13. The stolen motorcycle was documented and was brought back to
its owner.

VI RECOMMENDATION/DISPOSITION

14. Considering the evidence, testimony, and the admission to te crime


of the suspect it is recommended that the criminal charge be filed
against Macky Honda for stealing a motorcycle, in accordance with
the applicable laws and statutes.

15. The investigative findings and evidence must be presented to the


prosecution to initiate legal proceedings against Macky Honda. The
investigating officers should liaise with the assigned prosecutor to
ensure a comprehensive case is built and all relevant information
be provided for a successful prosecution.
