ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Modelling the BIM drawings LOD 400, LOD 500 as per the Project requirements.
 Modelling and drafting the Electrical System such as Lighting, Power and containment layouts.
 Preparation of Enlargement layouts for Electrical Rooms, LV rooms.
 Creating the central file, templates, worksets, filters, sections as per project requirements.
 Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
 Coordinating with other MEP disciplines to rectify the clashes.
 Coordinating with site team to resolve the issues in site.
 Creating Revit Family as per Material Submittals.
 Preparation of sheet creation, sheet settings and export setup.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Modelling the BIM drawings of different levels such as LOD 300, LOD 400, LOD 500 as per
the Project Standards.
 Modelling and drafting the Electrical System such as Lighting, Power, Containment, DB load
Schedules, single-line diagrams.
 Preparation for ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, Public Addressable System, CCTV, Access
Control as per Standards.
 Preparation of Enlargement layouts for Electrical Rooms, LV rooms and IDF rooms.
 Creating the central file, templates, worksets, filters, sections as per project standards.
 Perform clash detection using Navisworks.

 Coordinating with other MEP disciplines to rectify the clashes.
 Coordinating with site team to resolve the issues in site.
 Creating Revit Family as per Material Submittals.
 Prepare the bill of quantities and technical specifications for the entire projects.
