Sir/madam,
My name is Dhaval G. Patel, live at Sector-6, Gandhinagar. I have a savings account in your
bank since 2000. I am a regular accountholder of your bank with A/c No. 648640268423. One of the
employees your bank misbehaved with me.
Yesterday I came to your bank in order to withdraw some amount from my account. I was the last
in the queue. My turn finally came. Your cashier said “NO” for the withdrawal. He said “time is up”. It
was 3.50 p.m. When I requested and told him it’s an emergency, he insulted me in rough language and
misbehaved with me. So, I request you to take strict action against this person.
I am hopeful towards your rapid and possible action in this matter. Hope for the cooperation.
Thanking You…

Yesterday I went for shopping in the mall with my friends. I lost my bearer cheque there. As it is
the bearer cheque. One can misuse it and can withdraw at any time. I will lose my big amount. So, I
gently request you to stop payment against the cheque before someone produces for the withdrawal.
Thanking You…
