in shaping students’ character, fostering teamwork, and developing essential life skills. Whether
it’s a wilderness expedition or an urban exploration, these trips are designed to challenge
individuals, encouraging personal growth and self-discovery.
The design of the program focuses on -
 Getting to know each person's unique strengths and utilizing them productively in a
team
 Setting goals and taking a group successfully through challenging tasks
 Creating an open atmosphere to share learning and provide feedback
 Being creative & innovative
 Developing leadership skills, self-confidence etc.

LEADERSHIP TRIP – PANGOT is proposed to be tentatively scheduled from 19-25 May 2024.
Pangot is a picturesque hamlet nestled in the enchanting hills of Uttarakhand, India. Situated
just 15 kilometers from the bustling town of Nainital, Pangot is a haven of tranquility and
natural beauty, making it an ideal location for camping. Surrounded by dense oak and pine
forests, Pangot offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a perfect
setting for a rejuvenating and immersive experience.
PANGOT(UTTARAKHAND)
TRIP FACTS:

Duration - 6 nights and 7 days (Bhubaneswar to Bhubaneswar)

Food - Hygienic and nutritious food with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options

Eligibility - Physically fit participants of age 12 years and above

ITINERARY:

Day 1: Departure from Bhubaneswar to Delhi, Arrival at Pangot


 Evening Departure to New Delhi from Bhubaneshwar Airport
 Meet & greet at New Delhi Airport by the Travel Partner
 Departure to Pangot from New Delhi airport in luxury pushback buses
 Dinner enroute

Day 2: Adventure and Music in Pangot


 Early morning arrival at Pangot Campsite
 Tent Allocation
 Post Breakfast, introduction to Samba – making music from trash
 Lunch
 Post lunch, adventure activities – Burma Bridge, Commando Net, Zip line, wall climbing
 Evening time for recreational games
 Dinner
 Reflection sessions with live music

Day 3: Outdoor Skills and Air Crash Investigation


 Wakeup Call
 Morning Zumba and nature walk
 Post breakfast, learning fire making and shelter building
 Self-cooking session followed by Lunch
 Evening time for Air Crash Investigation – a team building activity to locate “injured” people
using compass, walkie talkie and team work
 Dinner with DJ and Campfire

Day 4: Cultural Interaction and Nature Walk


 Wakeup Call
 Morning Yoga with short hike
 Post breakfast, interaction with the local community, understanding their culture
 Lunch
 Post lunch, Combustion Projectile
 Evening time for Group discussions, sharing experiences and reflections
 Dinner

Day 5: CU Challenge and Mall Road Visit


 Wakeup Call
 Zumba with exercise
 Post breakfast, CU Challenge
 Lunch
 Post lunch, visit to the Nainital Mall Road
 Evening time departure to New Delhi
 Dinner enroute

Day 6: Delhi sightseeing


 Arrival at New Delhi
 Hotel Check In
 Post breakfast, Visit to PM Sangrahalaya, Akshardham Temple with night show
 Farewell Dinner with group reflections

Day 7: Returning to Bhubneshwar and Departure


 Morning time departure to Bhubaneshwar from New Delhi Airport
 Arrival at Bhubaneswar airport

In case of cancellation, the travel partner reserves the right to refund:


30 – 16 days prior - 50% of the amount (last day 3rd May 2024)
15 – 08 days prior - 25% of the amount (last day 11th May 2024)
Less than 08 days prior - we regret any refund (No Refund after 11th May 2024)
