Calling all Digital Marketing Specialist!

Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a knack for creating data-driven strategies that drive
real results? Do you have a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends and technologies, and
leveraging them to create impactful campaigns? If yes, we want you on our team!

Mondee’s AXiS team is on the hunt for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing
team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive
digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Strategy:


○ Research and stay updated on the latest advertising and marketing trends.
○ Analyze competitors’ products, content, offerings and marketing strategies.
○ Develop creative marketing campaigns across Social Media, App, Website,
Community, and Email Platforms.
○ Conduct in-depth market research using tools like Google Trends, Statista,
Qualtrics, Mention, SurveyMonkey, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to identify the latest
trends and new opportunities.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution:
○ Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Email
Marketing, Social Media, UGC, Influencers, Community and Display Advertising.
○ Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
○ Develop and manage projects internally to create content across digital
platforms.
3. Content Creation & Marketing:.
○ Work closely with Content Creation team to design compelling content that
resonates with target audiences.
○ Leverage influencer partnerships to create innovative content that engages
audiences across multiple digital touchpoints.
○ Assist in the development of creative assets for marketing campaigns.

4. Optimization & Analytics:
○ Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO, SEM, and other tools to
maximize ROI.
○ Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., ROI,
KPIs).
○ Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across channels.
○ Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to test and improve conversion rates.
○ Use Analytical tools to monitor web traffic and digital trends.
5. Collaboration & Vendor Management:
○ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding,
messaging across all digital touchpoints and create optimized landing pages,
designs, products and user experiences.
○ Collaborate with external vendors/agencies to supplement marketing and content
efforts as needed.
○ Identify emerging technologies / trends and provide thought leadership for their
adoption.
6. Project Management:
○ Monitor project status, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely execution.
○ Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to
shape future marketing strategies.
○ Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and execute marketing
experiments.
7. Reporting & Growth:
○ Report on growth, traffic analytics, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
○ Scale campaigns based on data-driven insights and optimize spend accordingly.
○ Brainstorm and implement new creative growth strategies to drive engagement
and conversions.
8. AI Tools for Digital Marketing:
○ Chatbots: Drift, ManyChat - customer interaction automation.
○ Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo
○ SEO: e.g., SurferSEO, SEO.ai
○ Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Crazy Egg

○ Content Generation: Jasper, Copy.ai, Grammarly, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity,
Cluade - Creating AI-generated content.
○ Social Media Management: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer - content
scheduling.
○ AI-powered A/B testing: Google Optimize, Optimizely, Unbounce - Conversion
Optimization.
○ Market Research: BuzzSumo, SimilarWeb, Crayon
○ Collaboration & Project Management: Trello, Asana, Monday.com
