    PERMANENT Public Servants/ Workers who are either Parents or Guardians of Approved
    Loan Applicants will now benefit from a reduction in the Students’ Loan Bureau’s interest
    charge and processing fee. Accessing this benefit will be contingent upon the proper
    completion of this form, its valid certification and subsequent return to the SLB.
