Production Support Jobs:

1. P1-902 A/B leak test via CG method before SSD.


2. D1-403 line deblocking with caustic
3. E1-404 line deblocking with caustic
4. E1-406 line deblocking with caustic
5. Rotary valve leak test is required through CG method.
6. Request OX area team to carry out off-gas dryer survey and analyze if any KCV
replacement is required. Also check condition of M1-920 and M1-922. (Currently KCVs
are fine, but inst/mech to ensure spares are available should the need arise).

PAC/SPAC/Offgas dryer:
1. PAC intercoolers level switch inspection.
2. HCV-152 and PCV-151 verification against any sticky response/passing, and rectification
of HCV-156 passing.
3. PCV-151 strainer inspection. (Cleaning is mentioned in 2nd worklist)
4. PAC BOV stroke checking.
5. PAC suction filters cleaning/replacement.
6. PAC lube oil cooler inspection. (Cleaning is mentioned in 2nd worklist)
7. FT-092 calibration against zero indication.
8. TT-145A calibration.
9. E1-117B auto drain suction strainer cleaning/inspection.
10. E1-117C auto drain suction strainer cleaning/inspection.
11. E1-151 channel head cover opening for checks against tube leakage.
12. E1-152 channel head cover opening.
13. M1-921 bottom lines inspection.
14. M1-920 elements replacement.
15. M1-921 desiccant replacement. (Production to confirm)

Reaction/Crystallization:
1. E1-305 channel head cover removal for tubes inspection.
2. E1-306 channel head cover removal for tubes inspection
3. E1-307 channel head cover removal for tubes inspection.
4. E1-431 tube side inspection and deblocking.

Solvent Recovery/Dryer:
1. Dryer exit high chute pressure checks. P1-902 leak test.
2. MA Cooler bottom cooler (E1-634/1) cleaning with plates removal.
3. M1-521 cloths replacement.
4. M1-521 solvent local flow indicators calibration/replacement.
5. ROVAC A/B cloth replacement.
6. E1-502 inspection (bundle pull-out).
7. D1-601 inspection from manway A and B. (Zone-C already added in WL)
8. E1-603 bundle pull out and inspection. (Channel head cover removal and packing
cleaning is mentioned in Production WL)
9. E1-621 bundle pull out and inspection.
10. E1-631 top dome removal and inspection.
11. B1-424 weir/nozzle inspection.
12. FT-1425 and mod line ROP inspection
13. FT-1425 NRV and mod line NRV inspection.
14. F1-511 manway opening for process inspection.
15. D1-514 manway opening for trays and bottom section process inspection.
16. D1-501 top nozzle inspection and entry in D1-501 for process inspection.
17. CTA dryer entry and process inspection.
18. FCV-1527 valve replacement against low circulation flow.
19. FT-1645 variation to be rectified.

CRU:

1. FIL1-714A elements replacement against high solids.


2. G1-718A/B replacement with centrifugal (based on material/equipment availability).
3. Mod O/2022/62 (To replace water addition in F1-717 A/B via cooled DH solvent from
E1-502) execution.
4. Mod O/2021/26 (To install eductors on F1-717A/B) execution.
