Vrindavan is undoubtedly one of the most sacred Hindu destinations, where beliefs of the people still stand strong
that makes the place a religious charm.The sacred city of Mathura is situated in the northern part of India and is
known as the birthplace of Lord Krishna, according to the Hindu belief. The renowned Hindu temple, Sri Krishna
Janma Bhoomi, is located at the very site where Lord Krishna is said to have been born.The Dwarkadhish Temple
houses a Lord Krishna statue sculpted from black marble and features a beautifully carved entrance

DAY 01 : GOKUL, MATHURA AND VRINDAVAN

Start your day early in the morning our Driver Will Pickup you From Desored Location and
head to Gokul, which is located about 15 kilometers from Mathura.
Explore the various places associated with Lord Krishna's childhood in Gokul, such as the
Gokulnath Temple, Ramanreti, and the Brahmand Ghat and Chintaharan.
Afterward, make your way to Mathura, which is around 20 kilometers from Gokul.
In Mathura, visit the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, the birthplace of Lord Krishna, and the
Dwarkadhish Temple, which is a major attraction in the city and take rest at Vishram Ghat.
Spend some time exploring the vibrant markets of Mathura, where you can shop for
traditional handicrafts and sweets.
In the evening, proceed to Vrindavan, located approximately 10 kilometers from Mathura.
Check into your accommodation in Vrindavan and take some rest.
In the evening, visit the Banke Bihari Temple, one of the most famous temples in
Vrindavan. Experience the mesmerizing aarti (religious ceremony) also Ligt and Sound
SHow in Vrindavan.
You can also visit other popular temples in Vrindavan, such as the ISKCON Temple, Prem
Mandir, Nidhivan and Radha Raman Temple.
Enjoy the serene atmosphere of Vrindavan and spend the night at your hotel.
Day 2: Govardhan Nandgaon and Barsana
Start your day early and head to Goverdhan, which is located around 22 kilometers from
Vrindavan.
Visit the Goverdhan Hill, which holds immense religious significance in Hindu mythology.
Explore the various temples around Goverdhan, such as the Radha Kund, Shyam Kund,
and Daan-Ghati Temple.
Afterward, proceed to Nandgaon, which is about 10 kilometers from Goverdhan.
Nandgaon is believed to be the place where Lord Krishna spent his childhood. Visit the
Nand Bhavan and Nandisvara Temple.
From Nandgaon, travel to Barsana, located approximately 7 kilometers away.
Barsana is known for its association with Radha, the divine consort of Lord Krishna. Explore
the Radha Rani Temple and witness the Lathmar Holi festival if you visit during the festival
season.
After exploring Barsana, you can either choose to return to Vrindavan or proceed with your
onward journey, depending on your departure plans.
Please note that this itinerary provides a general outline, and you can customize it
according to your preferences and the time available. It's always advisable to check the
opening hours and any specific requirements of the temples before visiting.

PAYMENT TERMS
1. 30% ADVANCE PAYMENT: UPON CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING, A 30% ADVANCE PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL
TOUR COST IS REQUIRED. THIS PAYMENT IS TYPICALLY MADE PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL AND SERVES AS A
RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
2. 35% PAYMENT AT CHECK-IN: UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN AT THE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED
BY MATHURA VRINDAVAN TOURISM, AN ADDITIONAL 35% PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST IS
REQUIRED. THIS PAYMENT IS MADE AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN.
3. 35% PAYMENT AT CHECK-OUT: AT THE END OF YOUR STAY AND CHECK-OUT FROM THE
ACCOMMODATION, THE REMAINING 35% PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL TOUR COST IS REQUIRED. THIS PAYMENT
IS SETTLED AT THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT.

1. VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS: THE MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES WILL BE SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT PERMISSIONS.

THE DRIVER WILL DROP YOU OFF AT THE NEAREST POSSIBLE PARKING AREA FOR THE TEMPLES.
2. TIMINGS AND SIGHTSEEING: SOME PLACES MAY BE CLOSED FROM 1 PM TO 4 PM, WHICH COULD RESULT IN
MISSING A FEW DARSHANS (TEMPLE VISITS). HOWEVER, OUR TOUR DIRECTOR WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO
MAXIMIZE SIGHTSEEING OPPORTUNITIES DURING YOUR TRIP.
3. RECOMMENDED DEPARTURE TIME: WE SUGGEST A DEPARTURE TIME BETWEEN 6 AM TO 6:30 AM TO MAKE
THE MOST OF YOUR DAY AND OPTIMIZE THE ITINERARY.

CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME :

FULL REFUND, MINUS ANY NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS OR FEES.
B. CANCELLATIONS MADE BETWEEN 30 AND 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TRAVEL PACKAGE WILL BE
SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF 70 % OF THE TOTAL PACKAGE COST.
C. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE START OF THE TRAVEL PACKAGE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A
CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF THE TOTAL PACKAGE COST.
D. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE START OF THE
