If you want to give advice in English, use the Should and ought to are modal verbs, which
modal verb should. means:

WEATHER - WHAT’S THE WEATHER LIKE?

This is a typical question we use to ask about When we describe the temperature, we can

To express our assumptions or conclusions You know that Big Ben is in London so you are
