Talent Hybrid Model-When organizations opt for the talent hybrid model, they typically
employ this approach because they have specific HR processes that they prefer to manage
using their existing on-premise SAP solutions. These processes might include core HR
functions like payroll, employee data management, or regulatory compliance.
At the same time, the organization recognizes the value of cloud-based solutions for talent
management, such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning and
development, and succession planning. Instead of attempting to migrate their entire HR
infrastructure to the cloud, they integrate their on-premise SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA
systems with the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to take advantage of its specialized talent
management features.
Deployment Model
Core Hybrid -In this scenario, an organization uses SAP's cloud-based solution called
"Employee Central" for managing core HR functions. Employee Central includes processes
related to employee data management, organizational structure, and other fundamental HR
aspects. This cloud-based solution provides flexibility, accessibility, and scalability to
manage these core HR processes efficiently.
However, the organization also has other HR-related processes, such as payroll or time
management, that are handled by on-premise systems like SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
