Prerequisites

How to Logon the WHM

1. Using the Internet browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari) follow as URL
2. Login to https://vps###.yourdomain:2087 *&
*subject to your domain address
& If you don’t have WHM access, please contact your hosting admin

Allow the Green Radar gateway IP addresses on WHM


To ensure the CPanel Serever accept mailflow from GreenRadar platform, It required add
GreenRadar Platform WAN IP to “Trusted SMTP IP Address” in “Exim Configuration Manager”.

2. Navigate to “Access Lists” tab inside “Exim Configuration Manager” and “Edit” “Trusted
SMTP IP addresses”

Add the IP into the "IP addresses exempt from SMTP checks” Click on save

Email Relay & Administration Access Verification
After the domain has been provisioned by the Green Radar team, two types of verification emails will be
sent
 Email Relay Verification Mail
 Administration Access Verification Mail

Please follow the instructions in the verification emails to verify the user portal access and the mail flow.

DNS MX records Change to Green Radar Mail Exchanger
By receiving all verification emails, it is time to inform the world. Change the MX records of your domain
to the values below. The Email will start delivering to grMail after publishing these new MX records: (1-
hour TTL).

1. Login to
Portal: https://grmail.greenradar.com

2. Click Customer Record.

3. Current MX record settings and verification status of each domains within the customer tenant
will be shown.

4. Click on the individual domains.

5. If the MX records have not been set correctly, the suggested MX record setting will be shown.

6. Update the DNS record accordingly and notify the Green Radar SOC team for traffic monitoring
through response@greenradar.com
