Supply and Construction of IBS Hut Building as The building shall be of RCC frame structure with brick in-fill panels/ Brick masonary Load
per the scope of work listed in attached bearing structure, access staircase + entry platform. For the typical drawings for the building
documents, drawings/technical specifications refer drawings enclosed. This includes Electrical work inside Building as per attached

documents enclosed in our RFQ and in line with documents. Measurement of the building shall be considered from plinth inner to plinth inner.
EHS compliance and terms and conditions Rates shall include foundation and all auxillary works. 75 sqm buildings includes maintainers
enclosed with our RFQ. room which will come only in Major yard and if required by Sr.DYSTE.
If the building is to be constructed near the station it shall be a pillared structure with FFL of
building to be atleast 500mm above the high level platform and atleast 1000mm above the
medium/ low level platform of the station. If building is not near the station then the pillared
