     Students should describe the answers in detail and draw related diagrams if any.
     Students should use BLACK GEL PEN for writing the questions and BLUE GEL PEN for
    writing the answers.
     Students should use PENCIL to draw the margins.

    1. Ankush has to present monthly report of his department to his managing committee.
    Suggest him with appropriate tools to do the following in a digital presentation:
    a. To show statistical data pictorially for analysis.
    b. Two ways to insert movie in his presentation.
    2. Kushagra saw the miniature of the slides displayed in the right side pane of the open
    office Presentation. He does not know the name and is not aware of its features. Help
    him learn:
    a. Name the pane.
    b. The important task that can be done using the given pane.
    3. Anubha is a little new in using OpenOffice Impress. She wants to do the following
    tasks in her presentation created for teaching her subject in the class. Suggest him
    suitable commands/steps:

    8. Write the functions or formulae to answer the following queries:

    a. Cell D4 to display the total of Theory and Practical marks of Term 1.


    b. Cell G4 to display the total of Theory and Practical marks of Term 2.
    c. Cell H4 to display 40% of the total of Term 1.
    d. Cell 14 to display 60% of the total of Term 2.
    e. Cell J4 to display the sum of Term1 Weightage and Term 2 Weightage.
    f. Cell D12 to display the Highest scorer of Term 1.
    g. Cell G12 to display the Highest scorer of Term 2.
    h. Cell J12 to display the Overall Highest scorer.
    9. Considering the given worksheet and answer the following questions:

    a. Delete the contents of cell E3 and write a formula to calculate the number of
    students absent in all the sections.
    b. Calculate the total number of students in cell C9, the total number of students
    present in cell D9 and the total number of students absent in cell E9.
    c. Calculate the Present percentage in cell D10 and the Absent percentage in cell
    E10.
