Conditional Acceptance Letter is solely intended for prospective international students and cannot be used
to apply for a student visa. Please note that failure to pay the deposit fee until 26.08.2023 will result in the
invalidation of this letter. Kindly note that you can find our bank account information or pay online at
http://international.kstu.edu.tr/payments.
We will provide your unconditional acceptance letter as a PDF file within four working days after receiving
your online registration and all required documents needed for registration, can also be found on our
website. Please review the conditions and instructions before registration on the next page to ensure a

Ø The Conditional Acceptance Letter (CAL) is provided free of charge, and the University does not require
any payment from prospective international students. Admitted students must check the required
documents for registration, which can be found on our website, and bring them at the time of registration
before the start of the academic year. It is the responsibility of each student to ensure that they have all
necessary documents for registration. Failure to provide all required documents may result in delay or
inability to register for courses.
Ø The total annual tuition fee must be paid in advance or up to a maximum of two installments, subject to
the approval of the University.
Ø After making the payment, admitted applicants (undergraduate/postgraduate degree programs) are
required to complete an online registration form at https://international.kstu.edu.tr/registration/ and
upload all required documents to receive an unconditional acceptance letter. Note that original documents
in English or translated copies by a state-authorized office to English or Turkish and attested by a notary
in Turkey or the Turkish Mission in your country are required.
Ø If your language proficiency is insufficient to begin the graduate program (Turkish and/or English), you
must complete at least one year of language courses. The annual tuition fee for the language course is not
included in the program fee, and the tuition fee for the language course (prep school) will be added for
each program.
Ø International students are required to pay a tuition fee deposit to secure a place and maintain the
scholarship ratio awarded. Before you can fully enroll in your course, a portion of the full tuition fees as
stated in your Conditional Acceptance Letter must be paid, received by the University, and credited to
your student account. Please allow sufficient time (approximately 7-10 working days) for your payment
to be processed by your bank and received by the University. Failure to fulfill all enrollment requirements
may result in the inability to attend classes or have full access to University facilities.
Ø After the registration process, it is the student's responsibility to apply for and obtain an appointment for
a residence permit via https://icisleri.gov.ct.tr/Online-İşlemler before the visa expiration date.
Ø This offer is conditional upon receipt of all required documentation and meeting the minimum standards
as outlined above. It is your responsibility to ensure that all conditions of your admission are met no later
than the deadline stated on your Conditional Acceptance Letter.
Ø To pay your tuition fee, please refer to the instructions provided on our website at
http://international.kstu.edu.tr/payments/. You may pay your tuition fee online or via bank transfer. The
payer will need to provide the student number and passport number of the student. Instead of the student
number, you can use your CAL reference number, which can be found in this letter. Our bank details can
also be found on the same webpage if you choose to transfer your deposit through the bank.
