Here is a brief overview of PT. Reka Spasia Indonesia (RSI) experience for 2024:

1. TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (TDPMS), Loan No.: IBRD Loan 8861-ID

This project has a duration of 76 months, with a contract value


of Rp. 106,925,204,987,- and USD. 3,117,464,- (eqv. Rp.
151,193,193,787), Contract No. HK.02.03/BPIW-
PPK.P3/VIII/2018/007, dated August 23, 2018 (Amendment
Contract No. 22, dated December 15, 2023), Strategic Area
Development Center (now “Regional Center II”), Regional
Infrastructure Development Agency, Ministry of Public Works
and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia.
This project is based in Jl. Mendawai I No.24, RT.9/RW.7, Kramat
Pela, Kec. Kebayoran Baru, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus

This project involves 64 Experts (6 International Experts and 58 Local Experts).

2. NATIONAL URBAN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY (NUDS), Loan No.: IBRD Loan 8976-ID

The duration of this project is 12 months, with a contract value


of Rp. 19,869,414,000,- and USD. 1,653,000,- (eqv. Rp.
45,343,251,510,-) Contract No. 23/SPK/SATKER/2023, dated
December 15, 2023, National Regional Infrastructure
Development Center, Regional Infrastructure Development
Agency, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. This
project is based in Jl. Percetakan III No.46, RT.5/RW.4, Kramat
Pela, Kec. Kebayoran Baru, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus
Ibukota Jakarta 12130

This project involves 39 Experts (6 International Experts and
33 Local Experts).

3. NATIONAL URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (NUDP), Loan No.: IBRD Loan 8976-ID

value of Rp. 9,361,430,000,- and USD. 1,156,500,- (eqv. Rp.
26,770,097,285,-) Contract No. 13/SPK/SATKER/2024, dated
April 1, 2024, National Regional Infrastructure Development
Center, Regional Infrastructure Development Agency, Ministry
of Public Works and Public Housing. This project is based in Jl.
Sampit IV No.8, RT.2/RW.6, Kramat Pela, Kec. Kebayoran Baru,
Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12130

4. CAPACITY BUILDING TO SUPPORT OPERATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY OF REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
“WOSUSOKAS”
The project will be financed through a grant provided by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation (BMZ)
via KfW, BMZ No. 1930 05 675, No. 508146

The period for carrying out this work is 9 (nine) months,


with a contract value of EUR 487.465 (eqv Rp.
8.286.905.000) which was implemented through a
Contract No. 01/PKK/PSPAM-KONS.CB.01/2024, dated 15
May 2024, Settlement Infrastructure Implementation

Settlement Center of Infrastructure Central Java,
Directorate General of Human Settlements Ministry of
