GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Counseling for admission in AIQ seats of ASU&H-UG & PG courses under Government, Government Aided ASU&H
colleges, National Institutes, Central Universities, and Deemed Universities shall be conducted by AACCC, Ministry
of AYUSH.
2. Counseling for admission in AIQ seats of ASU&H-UG & PG courses of Private Institutions other than Deemed
Universities shall be conducted by the respective counseling authorities of State/UT Government. The
guidelines/Schedule for conduction of Counseling for admission in AIQ-UG & PG seats of Private ASU & H institutes
other than Deemed Universities for the academic year 2024-25
3. Centralized admissions to all Government and Private Ayurved/Unani/Homoeopathy/Naturopathy and yoga colleges
(Including Constituent Colleges of Private Universities) as per rules in Rajasthan for the session 2024-25 shall be made
for 85% state Quota seats with NRI seats (in Private institutes) and 15% seats of All India Quota in Private Institutions
in BAMS/BUMS/BHMS the following courses by the admission counselling board constituted by the State
Government: -
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)- (Total 5½ Years)
The duration of BAMS course is 4½ years followed by compulsory internship of 1 Yr.
Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS)- (Total 5½ Years)
The duration of BUMS course is 4½ years followed by compulsory internship of 1 Yr.
Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS) - (Total 5½ Years)
The duration of BHMS course is 4½ years followed by compulsory internship of 1 Yr.
Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) (Total 5½ Years) *
The duration of BNYS course is 4½ years followed by compulsory internship of 1 Yr.
*(All 100% Seats of BNYS will be filled by State AYUSH UG PG Counselling Board, Govt. of Rajasthan
including NRI Seats)

4) All candidates are hereby advised to visit websites of all participating institutions including private
universities to know their fee structure, seat matrix etc. before filling option form. Responsibility of
type of seats in the seat matrix shall lie with the concerned institution and not with the Counseling
Board. Counseling Board is not responsible for any issue about fee structure of any of Govt./Private
college/Universities.
BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS-2024 admission counselling will be conducted by UG/PG AYUSH
Counselling Admission Board, Rajasthan, Jaipur on the basis of notification mentioned in the information
bulletin of NEET UG-2024 issued by NTA at point no -2.2.2 As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act,
2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET
(UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. Similarly, as per Section 14 of the
National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to
undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine
in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also be applicable to admission to BHMS course
under National Commission for Homeopathy.
The NEET score along with some relevant data have been received from the NEET-2024 Conducting
agency i.e., National Testing Agency (NTA) for NEET- 2024 by UG PG AYUSH Counselling Board,
Rajasthan.
During the counselling process, the eligibility criteria and relevant documents of the candidates shall be
verified and BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS Colleges shall be allotted to the eligible candidates on the basis of
their merit and availability of the seats as per the reservation policy of the state and central government.
However, allotted college will finally verify all relevant documents of candidates admitted through
CounsellingBoard, Rajasthan.
Colleges running the BNYS Course in the state are allowed to participate in admission counselling if their
communication or representation is received to the Counselling Board through the office of Registrar,
DSRRAU, Jaipur only.
REGISTRATION FEE
1. All candidates are required to deposit non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/- for GEN/ EWS
/OBC/MBC & Rs. 1500/- for, SC, ST, ST-STA category candidate belonging to Rajasthan state domicile,
through Internet banking / Debit card / Credit card.
2. All Candidates belonging to other states are required to deposit non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2000/-
through Internet banking /Debit card/Credit card.
The registration fee is neither refundable, nor transferable and nor adjustable for any future State UG admissions.
Any plea in this matter shall not be entertained.

Please keep all your information submitted in application form confidential and do not share with
anybody. If you don’t register yourself during registration period, you will not be included in the counselling
process.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
No candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS course until he or she
has passed the qualifying examination as here under:
BAMS 10+2 passed with Science Biology with English (Minimum 50 % for General* and

In case of BUMS: In eligibility criterion, either candidate must have passed Urdu or Arabic or Persian
language as one of the subjects in the 10th Standard or in the 12th standard or the candidates shall
have to study the Urdu language along with Arabic and Mantiq wa Falsafa (Logic and Philosophy)
as a subject during the First Professional B.U.M.S session.
Counselling will be done on the basis of merit in NEET-2024 as per following cut off
percentile/Marks Basis. (As per the press release dated 26.07.2024 by National TestingAgency:)

UR (Unreserved) & EWS 50th percentile and above (162 marks and above)
GEN/EWS PH 45th percentile and above (144 marks and above)
OBC, MBC 40th percentile and above (127 marks and above)

Candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility on the basis of NEET-2024 Marks for respective
categories as shown above.
2. AGE LIMIT
a. Minimum 17 years on or before 31st December 2024 for BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS.

Accordingly, the lower age limit shall be as under: For


Candidates of General (UR)/General-EWS SC/ST/OBC- Born on or before 31.12.2007

b. The NCISM (vide letter dated 22.08.2024) decided not to insist any upper age limit for candidates
seeking admission in ASU & H (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS) undergraduate courses for the
academic year 2024-25, i.e., there is no upper age limit for admission in ASU & H-UG courses.
c. Age limit for BNYS will be as per DSRRAU Provisions.

3. OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA LAID DOWN BY THE NCISM/NCH
(Ref: - - NCISM/CEO/NEET-UG/2024 Dated 22.08.2024 NCISM, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India)

A. DIRECTIVES FOR COUNSELLING AUTHORITIES (CENTRAL/STATE/UT)


I. Common directives for Central/State/UT Counselling and Admissions: Eligibility Criteria to
Participate in the Counselling:
1. Colleges/Institutes who have received permission from the Medical Assessment and Rating Board/National
Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) for Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani streams and
Medical Assessment and Rating Board/National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) for admission to
ASU&H (BHMS)- UG courses for the academic session 2024-25 shall only be eligible to participate in the
counselling process. Seat Matrix (AIQ & State/UT Quota):
2. The seat matrix for admission in the Government, Government-aided institutions and Private Institutions
shall be fifteen per cent (15%) for All-India Quota and eighty-five per cent (85%) for State/Union Territory
Quota as specified in the NCISM and NCH Regulations in force at the time of admission.
Provided that-
i. the AIQ for the purpose of admission in all the Deemed Universities (both Government and
Private-established under Central Act), shall be hundred per cent;
ii. The University and institute, which are already having more than fifteen per cent All- India
Quota seats, shall continue to maintain that Quota:
iii. five per cent of the annual sanctioned intake capacity in Government and Government-aided
institutions shall be filled up by candidate with specified disability in accordance with the
provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016) and based on the
merit list of NEET (UG)-2024.
3. In case of 85% of State/UT Quota, the seat matrix for Government Quota, Management Quota, NRI Quota
etc., shall be as per respective State and UT policy; however, all admissions in all Quotas (except foreign
nationals) shall be through counselling conducted by State/UT counselling authority.
4. The Management seats under the State/UT Quota in Private Institutions shall be treated as domicile-free.
5. All sanctioned/permitted seats by the Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Indian System of Medicine
(MARBISM)NCISM/Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Homoeopathy (MARBH)/NCH/,
irrespective of categories/reservations, are to be filled only through online Counselling, i.e.,
Central/State/UT Counselling as the case may be (except foreign nationals).
6. Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of Ayush will conduct "AIQ-UG
Online Counselling" for admission to AIQ (15%) seats under Govt./Govt. Aided Colleges/Institutes,
Central/Deemed Universities (Established under Central Act) and National Institutes of ASU&H (BHMS)
streams.
7. The State/UT Counselling authorities shall conduct Counselling for admission in 15% of AIQ-UG seats
under Private ASU&H (BHMS) colleges/institutes/State Universities (other than Deemed Universities
established under the Central Act). Further, State/UT Counselling shall be conducted in adherence to
guidelines/schedule provided by NCISM/NCH to avoid the overlapping of the Schedule of AACCC
Counselling and State/UT Counselling.
8. In case of 85% of State/UT Quota, the seat matrix for Government Quota, Management Quota, NRI Quota
etc., shall be as per respective State and UT policy; however, all admissions in all Quotas (except foreign
nationals) shall be through online Counselling conducted by State/UT Counselling authority.
9. Seat allotment in any category shall be as per inter-se-merit.
10. No candidate who has failed to obtain the minimum eligibility marks in NEET (UG)-2024 shall be eligible
for admission to Undergraduate courses for the academic year 2024-25.
11. Qualification Criterion: (As per the ASU&H-UG Regulations in force at the time of admission) (a) National
Commission for Indian System of Medicine (Minimum Standards of Undergraduate Ayurveda Education)
Regulations-2022 (b) National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (Minimum Standards of
Undergraduate Unani Education) Regulations-2022 (c) National Commission for Indian System of
Medicine (Minimum Standards of Undergraduate Siddha Education) Regulations-2022 (d) National
Commission for Homeopathy (Homeopathy Graduate Degree Course- Bachelor Homeopathic Medicine
and Surgery (B.H.M.S) Regulations-2022 For admission to ASU&H-UG Courses:
12. Passing marks for eligibility in admission to ASU&H-UG courses shall be as per the ASU&H-UG
regulations and shall be followed strictly. The details of qualifications for different categories are as
follows: (a) For ASU- UG Courses -Candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together
in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the 10+2 or equivalent examination in the case of general category
and 40% Marks in the case of the Scheduled Castes. Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes. (b)
For Homeopathy-UG Course Candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in

Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology at the 10+2 or equivalent examination in the case of general
category and 40% Marks in the case of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward
Classes. (e) In respect of persons with disability as specified under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
Act, 2016 (49 of 2016), the minimum qualifying marks in the said qualifying examination are as follows:
a) shall be 45% in the case of the general category. b) 40% in the case of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled
Tribes and Other Backward Classes.
13. No candidate shall be admitted to BAMS, BSMS, BUMS & BHMS Degree Courses unless he/she has
attained the age of seventeen years on or before the 31" December of the year of his/her admission in the
first year of the course. Further, there is no upper age limit for admission to ASU&H-UG courses.
14. No Authority or Institution shall admit any candidate to the Undergraduate courses in contravention of the
criteria or procedure in respect of admissions, and any admissions made in contravention shall be cancelled
by the NCISM/NCH.
15. Any admissions made beyond/over and above the intake capacity sanctioned/permitted by
MARBISM/NCISM/MARBH/NCH/ for the said academic session shall not be approved.
16. There shall not be any institute-level Counselling through any mode. Any admissions made at the institute
level shall not be approved by the NCISM/NCH/Concerned University. and the institute shall be penalized
as per the provision laid down under sub-section (1)(a)(f) of section 28 of the NCISM Act 2020/NCH Act
2020.
17. There shall not be any offline admission or admission without Counselling (Central/State/UT), and any
admissions in contravention of this shall not be approved.
18. NCISM/NCH shall not approve admissions made without the original documents of the candidates
19. Admission made in violation of the NCISM/NCH directives will be treated as invalid, and action will be
initiated under the NCISM Act, 2020/NCH Act, 2020.
20. Institutes will be held responsible in case students face hardship due to admission irregularities such as
offline admissions, admission without Counselling, and admission beyond sanctioned intake capacity. In
such case, students shall be discharged from the course and institution, and the institute will be subjected to
face consequences as per the provision laid down under the sub-section (1)(a)(f) of section 28 of NCISM
Act 2020/NCH Act 2020, and the person responsible will be prosecuted as per the section of IPC/BNS
concerned. whichever is applicable.
21. Admissions shall not be approved by any means after the cut-off date and time for admission as specified
by NCISM/NCH.
22. No authority has the power to extend or modify the cut-off date of admission specified by NCISM/NCH,
and such admissions shall not be approved.
23. No authority has the power to modify the intake capacity for admission into UG courses in ASU&H colleges
sanctioned by MARBISM/NCISM/MARBH/NCH.
24. State/UT Counselling Authorities may direct ASU&H colleges/institutes to ensure the eligibility of the
candidate as laid down in respective NCISM (MSE-UG) Regulations 2022 for Ayurveda, Siddha & Unani
for admissions in ASU-UG courses and NCH (Homoeopathy Graduate Degree Course - Bachelor of
Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S). Regulations- 2022 for admissions in Homoeopathy-UG
courses by proper scrutiny of the relevant original certificates and documents at the time of admission.
25. AACCC, Ministry of Ayush will circulate the list of ineligible candidates to the State/UT Counselling
Authority during the 3 & Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I & II) of AACCC-UG Counselling to prevent them
from participating in the State/UT Counselling. State/UT Counselling Authorities are requested to ensure
that such candidates have not been allotted any seat through any rounds of State/UT Counselling for
admission in ASU&H-UG courses.
26. State/UT Counselling Authorities may direct ASU&H colleges/institutes to ensure the authenticity and
correctness of the details of admitted students before completing the admission procedures. Further, the
ASU&H colleges/institutes should be instructed not to allow admissions without original documents. No
modifications/ corrections after the cut-off date and time of admission as specified by NCISM/NCH shall
be entertained.
27. All State/UT Counselling authorities are requested to ensure that the tuition fee, as laid down and fixed by
respective governing or fee fixation committees as applicable, shall be charged in each academic session
for four and half years only by the institutes. No tuition fee shall be charged for an extended study duration
in case of failing examinations or for any other reasons, and there shall not be any fee for internship training
at the same institute.
28. All Central/State/UT Counselling authorities are requested to ensure that the college should display tuition
fees, hostel fees, and other fees, if any, on the institute's website and the Institute profile while uploading to
the Central/State/UT Counselling Portal. The same is to be charged from the student at the time of admission.
No other charges other than the displayed fees should be charged/collected

II. Directives for State/UT Counselling for admission in 15% of AIQ-UG seats under Private
ASU&H colleges/institutes/State Universities (other than Deemed Universities established under the
Central Act)

1. State/UT Counselling authorities shall conduct Counselling for 15% of AIQ-UG seats under Private
ASU&H colleges/institutes/State Universities (other than Deemed Universities established under Central
Act).
2. State/UT Counselling Authorities have to conduct Counselling for admission in 15% of AIQ-UG seats
under Private ASU&H colleges/institutes/ State Universities (other than Deemed Universities established
under Central Act) in adherence with guidelines/schedule provided by NCISM/NCH to avoid the
overlapping of the schedule of AACCC Counselling and State or UT Counselling.
3. State/UT Counselling authorities should give wider publicity among NEET(UG)- 2024 qualified ASU&H-
UG aspirants regarding the registration process of Counselling & provide sufficient time for registration
before each round of Counselling for admission in AIQ-UG seats of Private ASU&H Institutes.
4. State/UT may decide on an all-inclusive application Cost/Non-refundable Registration Fee for Counselling
for admission in ASU&H-UG seats for all category students. However, the maximum ceiling limit for this
fee will be Rs 2000/-.
5. State/UT Counselling authorities shall conduct 2 rounds of Counselling for admission in 15% of All India
Quota (AIQ) UG seats of Private ASU&H Institutes/Private State Universities (other than Deemed
Universities established under the Central Act). The AIQ seats that remain vacant after the second round of
State/UT Counselling may be transferred and converted to the State/UT Quota seats, and the same shall be
filled up in further rounds as per State Government norms/ rules.
6. The Security money will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the Round-2 allotted seat or
surrender/withdraw the seat Round-2 joined seat based on the candidate's request. Further, the Security
money will also be forfeited if the Round-2 allotted seat is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the
candidate's end. For example, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration based on
which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or
fails to produce the required original documents at the time of admission (within the stipulated time).
7. Make a provision for candidates admitted in the All-India Quota Private (UG) seats during Round 2 of
State/UT-UG Counselling to withdraw/surrender their admitted seats by forfeiting security money only
during a specific time period specified by State/UT authority. Further, State/UT authorities can decide the
time period to withdraw/surrender the admitted seat of Round-2 with forfeiture as per their Counselling
schedule. After the said period, candidates will not be allowed to withdraw/surrender their Round-2
admitted seats. If they do so, they will be ineligible for any further Ayush Counselling conducted by
Central/State/UT as decided by the State/UT Counselling Authorities.
8. No domicile certificate is required for allotment of AIQ-UG seats of Private ASU & H Institutes.

9. Reservation for allotment of 15% AIQ-UG seats in Private ASU&H Institutes: - all AIQ-UG seats of
Private ASU & H Institutes are open in nature (all category candidates are eligible). However, as
mentioned in relevant regulations, the relaxation in qualifying criteria may be provided category-wise.
10. For PWD candidates, the PWD certificate should be as per the guidelines issued by the Central Government
and notified by the NCISM/NCH. (available on Counselling website (www.aaccc.gov.in) under
Counselling Scheme & FAQS.

GUIDELINES FOR STATE QUOTA SEATS
FOLLOWING ARE THE CRITERIA TO DECIDE RAJASTHAN DOMICILE
I. Natural father/Mother of the candidate has continuously resided in Rajasthan for period of
last 10 years and the candidate has studied for at least 5 years during this period in a
recognized educational institution in Rajasthan, or
II. All those students who are Domicile residents of Rajasthan but are studying in other states
will also be eligible for the allotment process, or
III. The candidate is son/daughter of serving or retired (i) Employee of Government of
Rajasthan (ii) Officer of All Indian Services borne on State Cadres of Rajasthan and has
served for more than 3 years with State Government, or
IV. The candidate is son/daughter of serving or retired, permanent employee of Govt.
Undertaking / Corporation / Improvement Trust / Municipal Bodies / Council / Panchayat
Samiti / Co-operative bodies, duly constituted by the Government of Rajasthan by an act
of Law who has put in at least 3 years of service on the last date of submission of the on-
line application form in the year of admission, or
V. The candidate is son/daughter of serving/retired, permanent employee of any of the State
University or Secondary Board of Education (Rajasthan) provided that employee has
worked in Rajasthan for 3 years preceding the last date of submission of the on-line
application form, or
VI. Candidate is a natural son/daughter of a Serving/Retired permanent employee of Indian
Defence and the employee is of Rajasthan origin irrespective of his place of posting.
Provided that in case of Defence Personnel from Rajasthan origin, a certificate has to be
submitted by them from the employer to the effect that his state of origin is Rajasthan at
the time of his entry into service. Eligible candidates of this category shall be admitted as
per laid down criteria of priority cum merit of the Rajasthan UG AYUSH Admissions -
2024, or
VII. Candidate is a natural son/daughter of a Serving permanent employee of Indian Defence
and the employee is posted in Rajasthan at the time of last date of submission of the online
application form for admission, or
VIII. Candidate is a son/daughter of serving/Retired person of Para-Military Forces of India and
the employee is of Rajasthan origin, irrespective of his place of posting. Provided that in
case of Para-Military personal from the Rajasthan origin, a certificate (certificate
Proforma 3) has to be submitted by them from the employer to the effect that his state of
origin is Rajasthan at the time of his entry into service, or
IX. Candidate is a son/daughter of serving person of Para-Military Forces of India and the
employee is posted in Rajasthan at the time of last date of submission of the on-line
application form for admission (certificate Proforma 4), or
X. Candidate is a son/daughter of a Judge of Rajasthan High Court subject to the condition
that he/she submits an undertaking/affidavit stating that such benefit is not being or availed
by them in any other State,
(Candidates falling in above clauses I to X are eligible for all types of seats, i.e.
Govt./Management/NRI)
XI. Other (for candidates who are not covered under the above clauses from I to X)
(Candidates selecting clause XI "Other'' are eligible to apply to participate but will be
considered for allotment against vacant seats (Govt./Management/NRI) available after
exhausting State Merit list after round 2).
(Candidates selecting clause XI "Other'' and having NRI eligibility will be considered for
allotment against NRI seats in all rounds according to the applicable norms).
XII. The candidates are required to undergo medical examination before he is allowed to
join a college after counselling.

4. Admission rules for NRI Candidates
No reservation will apply on NRI seats of all private AYUSH UG colleges.
For admission under NRI Quota in AYUSH UG courses in private colleges of Rajasthan,
priority shall be given to the NRI with ancestral background of the State of Rajasthan by
own/parents/Grandparents resided in State of Rajasthan at least for a period of 5 years at any time.
The proof of residence will also be applicable for the consideration priority for NRI Quota, for
which document (Electricity/ Water bill/ Documents of immovable property/ Indian Passport/
Ration Card/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card etc.) to the effect for these criteria is required to be submitted
by ward of NRI (including PIO/OCI).
Firstly, NRI Quota seats shall be allotted to candidate having ancestral background of the State
of Rajasthan by own/parents/Grandparents resided in State of Rajasthan at least for a period of 5
years. Later on, remaining Vacant NRI seats will be allotted/ filled by the candidates of NRI
belonging to other states.
For PIO / OCI: Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) are allowed
for admission under NRI Quota.
NRI Seats Admission Procedure
Out of total Seats in the private colleges, 15% seats shall be NRI seats. These will be filled
as per rules and directions.
GUIDELINES FOR NRI CANDIDATES
As per Order No. F.5(968) DME/LC/2018/1997 dated 29.04.2019 of Government of Rajasthan,
(Annexure-2), following are the guidelines applicable for the admission in Under Graduate
AYUSH courses under NRI Quota in all Private institutions of the State:
a. At least one of the parents of student should be an NRI and shall ordinarily be
residing abroad as an NRI, or
b. The person who sponsors the student for admission should be a first-degree relation of the
students (i.e., real Brother / real Sister) and should be ordinary residing abroad as an NRI; or
c. If the Student has no parent of near relatives or taken as a ward by some other nearest relative,
such students also may be considered for admission provide the guardian has Domicile treated
the student as a ward. For this following nearest relative (NRI) of candidate can only be
considered:
• Real brother and sister of father i.e., real uncle and real aunt.
• Real brother and sister of mother i.e., real maternal uncle and maternal aunt.
• Father and mother of Father i.e., grandfather and grandmother.
• Father and mother of mother i.e., maternal grandfather and maternal grandmother.
• First degree-paternal and maternal cousins.
d. Candidate shall submit a Proof of being sponsored by NRI/OCI/PIO in the form of certificate
issued by the Indian embassy /Ministry of external affairs, Government of India for this
purpose. In the absence of certificate, a duly notarized undertaking executed by the sponsor
and notarized by the Notary public of the foreign country where the sponsor resides being
submitted by the sponsor, it be treated as sufficient as to the factum of the residence of the
sponsor
e. An affidavit from the sponsor that he/she looks after such student and will sponsor the entire
course fee of the candidate.
f. Seats remaining vacant after exhausting NRI candidates would be converted in to general seats
with fee decided for NRI seats on the basis of NEET-2024 score Merit.

1. Candidate shall submit a proof of being sponsored by NRI/OCI/PIO in the form of
certificate issued by the Indian embassy/Ministry of external affairs, Government of India

5. RESERVATION
Kinds of seats and Reservations:
a. 15% All India Quota seats of B.A.M.S./B.H.M.S./B.U.M.S. Courses in Private AYUSH
institutions will be filled by the UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Govt. of Rajasthan
according to Govt. of India/NTA guidelines mentioned in information bulletin of NTA.
However, 15% All India Quota seats of B.A.M.S./B.H.M.S./B.U.M.S. courses in Govt.
AYUSH colleges will be filled by AACCC as per directions of Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of
India.
b. Out of Total Seats in MMM Govt. Ayurveda College, Udaipur 02 Seats are Central
Government Nomination to Under Graduate (UG) courses (BAMS) (1 for Tripura and 1 for
Andaman & Nicobar Islands) & 05 Seats in Post Graduate Institute of Ayurveda,
counselling for North East States are reserved/remarked for Government of India under
'Central Pool' in few donor institutes of the country and are allotted to the
students/candidates of the specific States/UT's, where the colleges of the respective system is
not available, for studying Under Graduate (UG) Courses.

c. 15 % of the total Seats are reserved for NRI Quota in all Private AYUSH Colleges. Note:
-The remaining seats shall be treated as the State Quota seats and will be filled up on meritcum-
preference in Rajasthan AYUSH Admissions 2024 with following reservations: -

(Reservations on state level seats shall be as per existing orders of Government of Rajasthan
as below)
(i) 16% seats, excluding the seats of sub- clause (a), (b) &(c) above are reserved for natural born(not
adopted) candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste as notified in the Presidential Order for the State
of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions.
(ii) 12% seats, excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) &(c) above are reserved for natural born (not
adopted) candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe as notified in the Presidential Order for the State
of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions.
45% of total ST seats are to be for ST candidates who are Domicile residents of scheduled area
(tribal area);
(iii) 21% seats, excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) &(c) above are reserved for those belonging
to Other Backward Classes NCL (OBC NCL) of the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill otherrelevant
conditions. Candidate must submit valid OBC Certificate for Rajasthan State issued by

Sections (EWS) of the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions. Candidate must
submit valid EWS Certificate for Rajasthan State issued by competent authority of Rajasthan

6. (Reservation policy for Defence & Para Military Personnel)
1% seats (in Government colleges) after excluding the seats of sub clauses (a), (b) &(c) are
reserved on priority cum merit for the natural born (not adopted) sons/daughters of Defence
Personnel (serving / retired) of Rajasthan Origin, and para military personnel (serving / retired) of
Rajasthan origin (in ratio 3:1). 50% out of these reserved seats shall be reserved for girls,unfilled
seats will be reverted to boy’s category
As per the Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the defence seat is admissible for only one member of the
family, once in lifetime. Only wards of Defence Personnel from Army, Air Force & Navy from serial 1
to 9 below are eligible for the scheme.
As per letter no. 6(1)/2017/D (Res.II), dated 19.05.2017 and it’s subsequent \amendments in Nov.
2017 and 21.05.2018 issued by Dept. of Ex- serviceman welfare, of Govt. of India and SOP letter no.
370/Adm/MBBS/BDS/c, dated 01.07.2020 of Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, Ministry of Defense, Govt.
of India, priority order (certificate proforma 1) for Defence personnel of Rajasthan origin,will be as
follows:

1. Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel killed in action.


2. Wards of those Disabled in action and boarded out from service
3. Widows/Wards of those Defence personnel who died while in service with death attributable
to military service
4. Wards of those Disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military
service.
5. Wards of ex-service men and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Award.
6. Wards of ex-service men.
7. Wives of (i) defence personnel killed in action and boarded out from service
(ii) defence personnel disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military
services (iii) ex-servicemen and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Award

As per the letter no. F25/SKV/2022/13423-30 Dated 13.10.2022 of Sainik Kalyan Vibhag, Govt. of
Rajasthan, the para-military seat is admissible for only one member of the family once in life time.
According to the MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs), only wards of Para-military personnel from serial
1 to 3 below are eligible for the scheme.
Priority order (certificate proforma 2) for Para-military personnel of Rajasthan origin, will be as
follows:
1. Wards/ Widows /Wives of those Paramilitary personnel killed in action.
2. Wards/ Widows /Wives of those Paramilitary personnel permanently disabled in action and
boarded out from service.
3. Wards of All serving and retired personnel.

7. Provisions relating to Persons with Disability (PwD)
5% seats out of each category of 16% (SC), 12% (ST), 21% (OBC), 5% (MBC), 10% EWS and the
remaining shall be further reserved on Merit-cum-Priority in each category horizontally for candidates
with specified disabilities (PwD) under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and in
accordance with Appendix H-1 of Graduate Medical Education Regulation, 1997 of MCI as
amended on 14.05.2019The “Certificate of Disability” issued by 16 centers approved by MCC in
accordance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017 and as per norms of Regulating
Authority shall only be considered. List of approved centers of certificate of disability are attached as
Annexure1A.
Candidates who want to avail of 5% PwD reservation should obtain a Disability Certificate (i.e.,
online generated PwD certificate from the MCC portal) as per 21 Benchmark Disabilities given
under RPwD Act 2016 The format of the online generated PBD certificate from the MCC
portalis attached in PERFORMA-7
The certificate issued by any other hospital/ board will not be accepted.
For BUMS course--- NEET shall not applicable to Pre-Tib Candidates and 10% seats shall be
reserved for Pri-Tib Candidates
Note: -The unfilled reserved seat(s) of any category shall be filled from the candidates of
General Category who fulfill prescribed conditions.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Important points to be taken care of:
In the first and second round of admission counselling 2024-25, eligible candidates from other
states and Rajasthan may apply online registration for admission for 15% AIQ (All India
Quota) in private AYUSH UG institutions in Rajasthan.
At the same time, candidates of Rajasthan domicile may apply online registration for
admission for 85% state Quota seats separately in first two rounds of counselling for admission
in UG AYUSH courses in Govt. and Private colleges/Universities of Rajasthan.

1. The candidate must upload his/her recent color photographs during online registration.
2. Each candidate must clearly mention the category/sub-category of reservation if desired by
him/her.
3. Candidates of any category of Gen/SC/ST/ST-STA/OBC/MBC/EWS/Paramilitary/Defence and if
applying for additional reservation as Physically Handicapped should mention this information on
space provided for that and relevant certificate issued by the competent authority, should be
provided at the time of counselling. Category and sub/special category once filled in online
registration by the candidate will not be allowed to change in any circumstances during
counselling.
4. Any candidate, once allowed appearing at NEET (UG)- 2024 does not become directly eligible for
admission to Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and Unani and Yoga & Naturopathy U.G. courses. The
eligibility of successful candidates for admission in any category (General or Reserved) shall be
finally ascertained at the time of admission. The decision of the Counselling Board for the
eligibility shall be final.

Initially admission process shall be started by publishing provisional merit list (1 st Round) for final
admission for candidates of PwD, Defence/Para-Military, NRI (1, 2 to 03 categories) as per order of Govt of
Rajasthan) document verification thereof will be conducted at NEET AYUSH Counselling Board Office, AYUSH
BHAWAN, Sector-26 Pratap Nagar, Jaipur. Candidates will have to appear in person along with all original
documents and 01 sets of self-attested photocopies thereof.
3. Step-3
Publishing of provisional merit list (1st Round) for all state Quota seats and 15% all India Quota seats of private
institutions/private university as per categories.
4. Step-4
Choice Filling
a) Deposit the counselling fee online and Choice filling.
b) Counselling Fee: INR 25,000/-must be deposited as counselling fee through Net banking/Debit
card/Credit Card before the choice filling for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BNYS seats. This fee will
be a part of tuition fee of a candidate who joins his college later on
c) Candidates who have been allotted seats have to deposit their annual college fee with
adjustment of counselling fee through online or demand draft in Favor of CHAIRMAN,
AYUSH UG ADMISSION COUNSELLING BOARD, (Payable at Jaipur) during stipulated
period of time. This candidate will also be eligible for 2nd round of counselling for upgradation.
if he/she fills fresh choice filling form for 2nd round.
d) If candidate doesn’t report to the reporting center and doesn’t deposit the prescribed remaining
college annual fee with in stipulated period of time, his/her allotment will be cancelled and
that seat will be treated as vacant seat. However, he/she may participate in 2nd round of
counselling without forfeiting Counselling Fee as a last chance but he/she has to fill fresh
choice filling form for 2nd round of counselling. For such candidates, seats will be allotted on
availability of seats and on the basis of fresh merit list of round 2.
e) The counselling fee (Security Money) will be forfeited if a candidate who has been allotted
a seat in the Second Round or subsequent rounds and does not join the respective institution or
surrender the seat due to any unforeseen reason. Counselling fee will be forfeited if the
admission gets cancelled due to any reason. e.g in case the candidate gives wrong information
at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by
the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents
at the time of reporting for admission within stipulated time. If a candidate does not get
admission in any round of admission counselling, Counselling fee will be refunded to the
candidate after completion of counselling process.
f) In case of NRI Quota, if seats are vacant after 1st round of counselling, vacant seats will be

converted in to IVth Category of NRI as per order of Govt. of Rajasthan subject to deposit
prescribed NRI Quota fee. For admission on these seats, candidates are advised to opt the
option of NRI Quota seats while filling online choice filing/option form.

Download allotment letter and reporting in person at certain reporting center at office of the
NEET AYUSH Counselling Board, AYUSH BHAWAN, Sector-26, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur along with
prescribed college annual fee, through Demand draft and 01 set of photo copies of application form
along with all relevant documents (self-attested) along with original documents.
Candidates are directed to visit website on regular basis in every round of counselling process.
7. Step-7
Surrender of seats
If a candidate is willing to surrender his/her seat allotted at the 1st round of counselling then he/she will
have to appear in person at the office of Counselling Board, Jaipur along with required
documents/receipts to surrender the seat.
Eligible for 2nd Round of Counselling
Candidates eligible for seat allotment in 2nd round would be from one of the following groups:
-Group–I: Fresh, new eligible candidates, who have not registered in 1st round of counselling.
Group–II: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round.
Group-III: Registered candidates who have secured seat under reserved Quota & whose 1st round of
allotted seat got cancelled during the document verification on reporting for admission will be
considered for allotment of seat in the next round of seat allotment, with changed Category, subject to
availability of seat in respective category.
Group–IV: Candidates who have reported at allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and
submitted willingness for second round up-gradation as Yes.
Group- V: Candidates who have been allotted a seat but Not Joined.
Group- VI: Candidates who have resigned from the allotted seat of first round at college
Group VII: Candidates who have resigned from the allotted seat of first round at college.
Not eligible for 2nd Round of Counselling
Candidate who has become non eligible due to having inadequate documents as per Eligibility Criteria.

3rd/Mop-up Round/Stray Vacancy Round

3 /Mop-up Round and stray vacancy round will be conducted as per directions of Ministry of
AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

Important Note: - 1. The candidates, who have been found ineligible by AACCC for participation in
admission counselling process in any state/stage will not be eligible for participation in admission
counselling being conducted by this Counselling Board.
❖ Furthermore, candidates who were allotted state quota/AIQ seats in previous rounds by this
Counselling Board, will have to vacate their seats and will have to proceed with admission in
an AIQ seat allocated by AACCC in any round, if the case may be. Failure to do so will render
them ineligible for the entire counseling session.
2. No admission will be done by UG PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Rajasthan after cutoff date
decided by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
FEE DETAILS
Fee details as provided by the concerned institute will be published in due course. Responsibility of
type of seats and Fee levied on such seats shall lie with the concerned institution and not with the State
Counseling Board.

• Allotment of seats through counselling process of all successful and registered candidates
throughNEET-2024 result shall be conducted for all the candidates who appeared in NEET- 2024,
strictly inaccordance with the merit list prepared on the basis of All India Merit in NEET-2024.
• Candidates once allotted seat and college in 1st Round, must deposit their annual college fee
for the session 2024-25 at their respective reporting centers decided by Counselling Board, Jaipur
within stipulated period of time. Only then they will be eligible for up gradation in 2nd round if they
desire so to change college/course. Annual college fee will be accepted only through DD/Online
payment as per limit of the particular UPI application, in favour of
CHAIRMAN, AYUSH UG ADMISSION COUNSELLING BOARD,
(Payable at JAIPUR),
• Seats allotted to the candidates up to the 2nd round will be considered as final and there will
be no chance for them to participate for further round of counselling until unless the vacant seats
are available or new college is added during any round of ongoing counselling process.
• A candidate if have been allotted a seat in second round of counseling and does not report/ join
the allotted seat, his/her counselling fee will be forfeited and seat allotment will be cancelled.
Suchcandidate shall not be eligible to participate in subsequent round.
• The counselling fee will be forfeited in case the candidate gives wrong information at the time
of application on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission
Authorities at the time of reporting.
• Those who applied but not allotted a seat in first round as well as second round will be
considered for mop-up round of counselling (without fresh application form i.e., need not to fill
theapplication form again).
• A candidate without original certificates / documents shall not be allowed to take admission at
the allotted reporting centers/college under any circumstances. A candidate who has already been
admitted in UG course and has deposited his / her certificates in any college/ institute / university
and comes for counselling (allotment process) with a certificate stating that “his/her original
certificates are deposited with the another reporting centers/college / institute / university, will also
be allowed to take admission at the allotted college subject to production of ORIGINAL certificate
issued by concerned Counselling Board / Head of the institution to this Counselling Board during
his/her counselling, stating that the original documents of the candidate are deposited with them.
• The colleges shall be provided the list of provisionally allotted candidates. They shall verify
the credentials of reporting candidates as per the list.
• The admission shall be treated as provisional subject to the final decision of any pending case(s)
in any court of law, if applicable to these admissions. Further, the provisional status of admission
shall stand cleared only after enrolment by the concerned University.
• If any new AYUSH college is permitted to join counselling during the ongoing counselling
process for next round, preference will be given to the merit order of all registered candidates.
• Candidates are advised to visit Counselling Board website and daily newspapers time to time
for information of dates and other information’s for conducting various rounds of counselling.
• After mop-up round, once the AACCC NEET merit list is exhausted and vacant seats thereof
are transferred to Counselling Board Rajasthan, the admissions on residual vacant seats will be
done on filling application form with NEET UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Board Rajasthan in
StrayVacancy Round if needed.

REPORTING TO COLLEGE AFTER COUNSELLING/JOINING TIME
• Each candidate shall be given the time as mentioned in the allotment letter, issued on line, to join the
allotted college and course. There is no provision of extension for joining date under any
circumstances. The allotment made will be firm and final. Change of college/course from one place to
another is not permitted. Therefore, request for the same would not be entertained by the Counselling
Board after the allotment, except the candidate can opt for 2nd round of counselling for change of
college/course as per allotment.
• While reporting for admission, please carry all the relevant certificates/documents in original and also
submit an undertaking (Performa-9 on Non-Judicial Stamp of Rs 50) that the submitted documents
are in original.
• The fact that a candidate has appeared for allotment shall not entitle him/her for allotment reallocation
as the same will be subject to availability of seat and acceptance of the available seats at the rank of
the candidate by him/her.
• The selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at the allotted institution on
the notified date(s).
• Provided that if any candidate is not able to report for Medical Examination at the Institution on the
notified date on medical grounds or due to some other circumstances beyond his/her control and his/her
parent/guardian comes in person on his/her behalf for verification of the original certificates to the
college he/she will be considered for provisional admission. His / Her formal admission will be
confirmed only when he/she is found medically fit and fulfills other requirements as per the dates
notified.
• Candidates who fail to attend medical examination on the notified date are liable to forfeit the claim
for admission.
• Candidates who have been admitted must join their classes on the date to be notified.
• The selection for this admission will be cancelled if the selected candidates do not report to the allotted
college and deposit fees up to the stipulated date or whose particulars are not found correct or who are
found medically unfit.
• The selected candidates must also carry all requisite certificates and documents in original and also
submit an undertaking that the submitted documents are in original along with self-attested copies of
the same, at the time of reporting in Round 1, at the time of counseling of Round 2 and mop-up round
and shall deposit the applicable fees of the allotted college and complete other formalities within
stipulated time, failing which their admission shall stand cancelled.
• The candidates must present the accepted resignation/relieving letter from the institution he/ she is
pursing studies at present, at the time of reporting. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for
admission.
• The non-viewing of the websites about counselling process/allotment information by the candidate
shall not be accepted as a ground for non-reporting on the scheduled time and date. The candidate's
allotment will stand automatically cancelled if he/she does not report IN PERSON to the allotted
reporting center as per the notified schedule.
• A candidate shall have to deposit the annual fee of the allotted college for the session 2024-25 with
deduction of counselling fee Rs. 25000/-, where he/she is admitted within the notified time after the
counselling. Only after depositing this fee, the college shall confirm the admission. Their counselling
fee will be adjusted with annual college fee.
IMPORTANT
• The candidates who do not join the allotted college will be treated as fresh candidate in the
subsequent round of counselling.
• While reporting for admission, please carry all the relevant certificates/documents.
• Candidates who have been admitted must join their classes on the date notified by
concerned universities after admission.
• Admission will be cancelled if the selected candidates do not report to the allotted college and
Deposit fees with in stipulated period.

IMPERSONATION
1. If at any stage, it is found that any candidate has indulged in any case of impersonation i.e. not
matching the photograph/signature/documents of the candidate etc. He/She will be handed over to
the Police and the cases will be dealt as per the Indian Penal Code in this matter and if required, the
cases will be handed over to Police for further investigation. Such candidates will be debarred
permanently from taking BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS Admissions in Future.
2. The apex court drew guidelines for the management of all educational institutions to follow. Among
them: educational institutions should take anti-ragging measures right from the time of advertisement
for admissions. The prospectus, the form for admission and/or any other literature issued to aspirants
for admission must clearly mention that ragging is banned in the institution and anyone indulging in
it is likely to be punished appropriately which may include expulsion from the institution, suspension
from the institution or classes for a limited period or fine with a public apology.
The punishment may also take the shape of: (i) withholding scholarships or other benefits (ii)
debarring from representation in events (iii) with holding results (iv) suspension or expulsion from
hostel or mess. If there be any legislation governing ragging or any provisions in statute/ordinance, it
should be brought to the notice of the students/parents seeking admissions. A printed leaflet detailing
when and to whom a victim may turn for information, help and guidance for various purposes, keeping
in view the needs of new entrants, along with their addresses and telephone numbers should be
givento fresher at the time of admissions so that they need not to look to seniors
for help in such matters.
3. If, for reasons to be recorded in writing, the Counselling Board suspects that a particular candidate
has obtained a certificate by misrepresenting facts, the matter will be referred to the concerned D.M.
On receipt of the enquiry report, the Counselling Board shall take the final decision regarding the
admission of the Candidate.
