I. Executive Summary

Sweet Escape Is a sweets stall that sells sweets and beverages that are

likely to be enjoyed by anyone, especially children. Sweet Escape has a variety

of desserts and drinks to satisfy your sweet tooth for as little as 10 pesos.

Because we have many competitors at this bazaar, we came up with the concept

of focusing on catering sweets because our consumers are mostly children,

giving us confidence in this business plan.

Rhea Cadlum A president has a lot of responsibilities

Rhenz Chell Escario Responsible for overseeing the

and financial reporting. A business

should have a finance head as we

need someone who will record daily

incomes. And for us to ensure that the

business stays profitable and

financially stable.

Rc Moreno Marketing head is responsible for the

image, and customers engagement. It

helps the business to attract


customers and to have a loyal

customers. Excellent communicator,

and being creative is a skills that a

marketing head should posses.

Justine Eslaban The responsibilities of a production

head is they ensure that production

processes are efficient and cost-

effective. They also develop

production plans, schedules, and

strategies to meet production targets

and customers demands.

Rose Ann Albeza Staff is important as they are playing a

III. Product Plan


PRODUCT

The meryenda meal that we have decided are oreo rolls, fried Oreos and gulaman

salad that will be surely enjoyed by anyone, especially children. Oreo rolls is a sweet

rolled cake that’s made up of crushed oreos and cream in the middle, while fried

oreos is a deep fried oreo that has a layer of pancake mix and lastly our gulaman

salad that consists of sliced gulaman with evaporated and condensed milk
These meryenda sweets are paired with a freshly squeezed lemonade that will

surely quench your thirst.

Summary of Cost and Expenses

The total amount that our business will cost is ₱1,485.75.

Budget

Our group consists of 6 members and everyone contributed ₱ 250, therefore we

acummalated a budget of ₱ 1,500

V. Process/ Product Process

Oreo Rolls

1.Separate the cookies. Twist the cookies and scrape off the cream into a bowl.

Repeat until all of the cookies and cream are separated.


2.Crush the cookies. Pop the chocolate cookies into a food processor and pulse until

the cookies turn into a fine crumb.

3.Make the dough. Add 3 tbsp milk to the cookies and pulse until everything comes

together in a dough.

4.Roll out the dough. On a piece of plastic wrap, shape the dough into a rough

rectangle with your hands. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out evenly. Trim the edges

so they’re straight.

5.Mix the cream. Mix the cream with 2 tsp of milk, until smooth and

creamy. Spread the cream. Evenly spread the cream onto the cookie base.

6.Roll. Roll up the cookie tightly around the cream, using the plastic wrap to help

you. If you have time, wrap the roll up in plastic wrap and let it set in the fridge for a

while.

7.Slice. Use a sharp knife and slice through the roll to make cute lil sushi rounds and

enjoy!

Fried Oreos

1.Whisk the Pancake batter ingredients together until smooth, in a medium-large

bowl.

2.Dip one Oreo at a time into the batter to coat, and using a fork, remove the cookie

from the batter, tapping off excess batter. You don’t want all the batter to drip off, but

any excess just tap lightly.

3.Place the Oreo directly into oil, heated up to 350°F in a deep pan.

4.Allow the Oreos to fry for 3-ish minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
5.Transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.

6.Once they are no longer hot you can dust them with powdered sugar!

Lemonade

1.Cut your lemon in half.

2.Squeeze all the juice out of it that you can.

3.Pour your juice into a container with sugar.

4.Add a very small amount of water to your container.

5.Stir your solution until sugar dissolves

6.Fill up a container with water and add ice.

7.Put your lemonade in the fridge for five minutes.

8.Serve and enjoy!

Gulaman Salad

1.Dissolve 1/2 cup sugar and 1 pack gulaman into 3 cups water. Bring to a boil and

pour into moulds. Cool completely until firm. Once firm, cut into cubes and set aside.

Repeat for the other gulaman flavors.

2.Combine each of prepared gulaman.

3.Add all purpose cream and condensed milk. Chill before serving. Enjoy!
