Points to Note
1. Students should bring their Student Card to the examinations as identity proof. Students without the Student Card
will NOT be allowed to sit for the examination.
2. The examination seating plan will be posted outside examination venues. Students should check it before entering
the examination venues. Telephone enquiry will NOT be accepted.
3. Students are strongly advised to arrive at the examination venues 30 minutes prior to the examination start time to
allow sufficient time for checking the examination venues and seating information.
4. Students will not be allowed to enter the examination venue after the first 30 minutes of the examination.
5. Students are allowed to attend examinations ONLY IF students have obtained a D grade or above in continuous
assessments. Students MUST get a pass in both continuous assessments and examinations in order to fulfill the
passing requirements of the courses.

6. The supplementary / make‐up examination arrangement of the Spring Semester 2023 will be announced on
7 July 2023 via MyBU‐Study with details below:

 Students should check the supplementary / make‐up examination arrangement via MyBU‐Study when the
time comes, no further notification will be sent to students.
7. Supplementary / Make‐up examinations will be held on 20‐22 July 2023. Students who have to attend any of these
examinations should find the supplementary / make‐up examination notification from MyBU‐Study.
8. Students can attend ONLY ONE supplementary examination even if students fail two or more examinations. In such
cases, the School will decide which examination students will sit for. For the other failing examinations or
examinations that students are absent from, students will have to retake the course(s).
9. The confirmed course grades will be announced via MyBU‐Study with details below :

a) For students who do NOT have to take the supplementary / make‐up examinations, the confirmed course
grades will be announced on 7 July 2023.
b) For students who have to take the supplementary / make‐up examinations, the confirmed course grades
will be announced on 11 August 2023.
 Students should check the confirmed course grades via MyBU‐Study when the time comes, no further
notification will be sent to students.
10. Examination arrangement in case of typhoon and rainstorm warnings :
