There will be two modes in which this course will be carried out during the semester: face-

classes conducted three times a week. In addition to these in-persons classes, there will be
synchronous videos conferences twice a week in google meets (video conference link)
where the students will participate in different activities and receive feedback to support
their learning. Moreover, deferent online resources and sites may be used in the online
sections. There will be also asynchronous activities, in which students will do exercises to
practice vocabulary and grammar; therefore, Google Classroom will be used as the main
and official tool to support most of the academic activities this course requires, so students
will be required to receive and send assignments through google classroom using their
institutional email in the following link (classroom link). It is mandatory that student must
follow the course contents and the teacher’s academy activities in the online sections by
connecting or assisting in face-to-face classes and developing the academic tasks proposed
by the teacher in class time.
During the classes, a variety of interactive and engaging activities will be conducted,
including group discussion, role- playing exercises to enhance language practice and
comprehension. At the end of the course, students will be evaluated through a written and
oral exam. Rubrics will be used to assign final grades. These rubrics will be shared with
students so that they know the points to be evaluated.

Summative, formal assessment (written exams and an oral assignment) will be used to
evaluate the student's progress in the course. The assessments will be carried out in person

The assessments that will be administered will be carried out during class time, so the student
must ensure that he or she is available at that time. Likewise, valid proof (video or screenshot
