Working Life for women

Over the years, the world proceeded to change, and the effects of these changes also caused
some transformation in a group of fields. One of these fields is in business life, thanks to
these alterations women started to break the chain of some stereotypes of society.
Therefore, they became more active in the business life so that the business world opened
its doors to new nominees for future business tycoon. However, a bunch of people have
some doubts about that progress, I believe that for women is not more difficult to succeed in
working life than men because of two main reason.
My first reason is that women are more productive than men. According to statistics, women
work 10 percent harder than men in today’s offices, so they make outstanding contribution
to their workplace. In addition to this, women’s personalities enable them to cope with the
tough and exhausting atmosphere of working life. Hence the above-mentioned traits give
them the opportunity to spend more productive working hours in workstations while male
workers getting fed up with working.
My second reason is that women have advanced communication skills which help them a lot
in business life. One of the beneficial aspects of that skills is women more likely to be better
at conflict solving than men. Thus, they try to understand the reason behind obstacles and
come up with long lasting solutions for tough problems of working life. Since women better
than men at negotiation thanks to their high ability of communication, they have better
chances of making great deals even with customers who have bad tempers.
On the other hand, less than half of the society believe that women are oversensitive and
emotional for managing to survive in the dog-eat-dog world of business life. They also claim
that women sometimes tend to give wrong decision that is worse for their career just
because of the strong impact of their emotions on critical decisions. However, they seem to
not take notice that the staff who work under women leaders are quite likely to advance
progress in their department, according to current researches.

life completely separate from genders so women can be as successful as men in working l
