2.0 Project Execution

▪ ZM presented the project execution team that will be utilized for the project completion. N/A N/A N/A N/A

▪ ZM presented the coordination and communication protocols that will be followed. The focal

▪ ZM presented the project understanding that how FUEL will approach the project to achieve
the project objectives.
▪ AD recommended FUEL to have weekly progress review and provide overview to FUEL
home office.
▪ AD suggested weekly progress review on the report in respective task order every Tuesday.
▪ AD- emphasized the importance of strategies for Industrial waste management sourcing

▪ WA & AD insisted on the need to include latest technologies in JCPDI industrial waste

Value Proposition) given the broad scope of sustainability.
▪ AD recommended using masterplan to make the sustainability standards relevant.
▪ ZM presented the Deliverables that will be submitted to EPCD.
