The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) Thiruvananthapuram invites applications
for UG, Dual Degree and PG programmes. It is a deemed university under the Department of Space,
Government of India.
 Undergraduate (UG) programs offered are:

o Aerospace Engineering
o Electronics and Communication Engineering ( Avionics)
 Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M.Sc.) programs offered are:

Eligibility:
 For UG programs, students must have secured 75% marks in Plus Two examination
(65% for persons with disability) and qualified JEE Advanced exam.
 For PG programs, a valid GATE score is required. Registration for counselling is
through CCMT 2024.

Admissions Open for Academic Year 2024-25
The National Sports University, Imphal (Manipur) invites applications for admission to
various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in sports for the academic year 2024-25.
Selection Process:
 Entrance Exam (National Sports University Entrance Examination - NSUEE)

Reservation:

Courses Offered:
Undergraduate Programs (UG):
 Bachelor of Science (Sports Coaching) - Specialization in Archery, Athletics,

Badminton, Boxing, Football, Shooting, Swimming, Weightlifting (4 years)
o Eligibility: Minimum 45% marks in Plus Two examination and a proven track
record in sports.
 Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports (BPES) (3 years)
o Eligibility: Minimum 45% marks in Plus Two examination (40% for
SC/ST/PWD categories).
Postgraduate Programs (PG):
 Master of Science (Sports Coaching) - Specialization in Archery, Athletics,

Badminton, Boxing, Football, Shooting, Swimming, Weightlifting (2 years)
o Eligibility: A degree and a diploma in sports coaching or BPED/BPES/B.Sc
Sports Coaching degree with a diploma in sports coaching (not required for
students with a four-year B.Sc Sports Coaching degree). Minimum 50% marks
in the qualifying exam. Prior participation in national sports is desirable.
 M.A. Sports Psychology (2 years)
o Eligibility: BPEd/ BA (Psychology), BPES/ B.Sc Sports Coaching with a
minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD categories). Experience in
sports/games is desirable.
 Master of Physical Education and Sports (MPES) (2 years)
o Eligibility: BPES or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
 M.Sc. Applied Sports Nutrition (2 years)
o Eligibility: Degree in Nutrition/Home Science/Food Science/Sports
Science/Biochemistry, Zoology etc. with B.A.M.S/BPES and a minimum of
50% marks.

Indian Army College of Nursing - B.Sc Nursing Program for
Women
The Indian Army College of Nursing offers a unique opportunity to earn a B.Sc in Nursing
while serving your country. This four-year program is designed to develop exceptional nurses
for the Indian Army's Military Nursing Service.
Eligibility:
 Unmarried women (or married women with legal separation and no dependents)
 Passed Higher Secondary/Plus Two examination (Regular Stream) in first attempt
with a minimum of 50% marks overall
 Born between October 1, 1999 and September 30, 2007 (inclusive)
 Medically and physically fit
Selection Process:
 Shortlisted candidates will undergo a computer-based test (CBT) with objective type
questions on General Intelligence and General English (80 marks).
 This will be followed by a psychological assessment, interview, and medical
examination to determine final selection.

The Indian Air Force has invited applications for Air Force Common
Admission Test (AFCAT)
The Indian Air Force has invited applications for Air Force Common Admission Test
(AFCAT). AFCAT is the entrance exam for admission into the Indian Air Force. It is
conducted twice a year by the Indian Air Force for recruitment into the Flying, Technical,
Weapon Systems, Administration, Logistics, Accounts, Education and Matereorlogy of the
force. The AFCAT is open to both male and female candidates and is conducted online
modes.
Candidates who successfully pass the AFCAT exam are eligible for entry into the Indian Air
Force. The selection process includes a physical fitness test, a medical examination and an
interview. Candidates who qualify for the exam will be issued a call letter from the Air Force
Selection Board.
Eligibility
1. Plus Two/ Degree/ PG/ CA/ CMA/ CS/ CFA

2. Age Limit: 20-24 for Flying Branches and 20-26 for Non-Flying Branches.
3. Marital status: Candidates must be unmarried at the time of commencement of the
