Traveling to the UAE with medication
A large number of prescribed and over the counter medicines are considered by the UAE to be controlled substances.
In order to permit legal entry,all controlled substances require additional procedures. To permit legal entry with controlled
substances prior approval from the Registration and Drug Control Department, Ministry of Health,is required,
by completing an electronic form which can be found on the MoHAP's website click here
Fare Information
Hotel reservation
If you have a hotel reservation, then this has been confirmed, guaranteeing your arrival.
If you wish to cancel or change a confirmed hotel reservation, it is urgent that you notify our office as soon as possible. In the event
of a no-show at the hotel, a cancellation fee will be charged. If you are not able to contact us, please contact the hotel directly to
cancel or change your reservation. Please record their cancellation number.
**Please note that it is a legal requirement under the 1972 Immigration act for hotels
to get passport/home address details for travellers from non-commonwealth Countries**

Ryanair
Please note: If you are travelling on Ryanair as part of this itinerary, we have been made aware that Ryanair are, in some instances
asking for verification by the traveller before online check-in or amendments can be made to the booking. Ryanair are targeting
bookings made by 3rd parties (TMC's, Travel agents etc) at random and putting this 'block' in place. This is in the hope that
bookings will only be via their direct channel as opposed to using TMC's and Travel agents. Should you be emailed by Ryanair or
ATPI to say your booking has been affected, it is recommended the verification is done as soon as possible, otherwise a additional
fee will be applied by Ryanair for checking in at the airport. It is important to stress that only a small percentage of bookings are
being affected and its likely this will not apply for the vast majority of travellers. Should you have any questions, please contact your
