JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: ASST. PRODUCTION MANAGER


Department PRODUCTION

1. Basic Function:
Responsible in over-all supervision in Production Department and responsible in
making production plans to meet production and delivery schedule.

2. Reports to:
Asst. General Manager / General Manager / Executive Director

3. Responsibilities and Authorities:

3.1 PROPER PLANNING


a. Material requirement planning d. Methods and procedure planning
b. Tools requirement planning e. Production planning
c. Manpower requirement planning f. Give corrective action
3.2 ORGANIZING
a. Organizing tools and machines
b. Organizing manpower
c. Organizing methods, systems and procedures
3.3 EFFECTIVE CONTROLLING
a. Control of manpower activities and performance
b. Control of material usage
c. Control of quality of works
d. Control of machine performance
e. Control of methods and process and implementation
3.4 Giving direction to the entire department, implementing system and procedure.
3.5 Organizing all resources, material, manpower, machine and methods in order to have systematic
and orderly processes to maximize utilization of all above resources for smooth operation.
3.6 Coordinates with other departments with regards to the problems and other matters
beneficial to the improvement of production operation.
3.7 Give proper orientation and education to all operators and production staff, as well as
motivation to boost their morale.
3.8 Responsible in checking of the following:
a. Daily Report b. Weekly Report c. Monthly Report
3.9 Counter check the daily status of 5M's.
1. Materials 2. Manpower 3. Machine 4.Method 5. Meaurement
3.10 Conduct evaluation for the non-conformity during production and make corrective and
preventive action to prevent recurrence.
3.11 Direct reporting to Asst. Gen. Manager, General Manager and Executive Director.
3.12 Perform other task as may assign from time to time by Asst. Gen. Manager, General Manager
and Executive Director.
4. Qualification Requirements:
4.1 Education : Must be a Graduate of E.C.E. or any related Electrical Engineering Courses
4.2 Experience : At least 5 years of experience in field of production in an Electronic manufacturing
foreign company
4.3 Training : Attended ISO Awareness
4.4 Skills : Basic Computer operations
4.5 Others : Male, (preferably a resident of Cavite)
Single / Married
Experience in buzzer and micro-speaker product is an advantage
